are similar, but whereas the friction continues to rise smoothly to a steady state value for 310 steel, the formation of α'-martensite in 304 steel gives a lower average value of friction coefficient with large fluctuations.

摘要

The wear atatue of the mining industry in China is reported. Some researches and applications in tribology in coal mines of China are given. The outhor visited more than 10 collieries to investigate wear losses. We found that in a certain mining area approximately 0.2 Chinese Yuan per ton coal output were spent entirely on consumed parts and about 2 billion or more Chinese Yuan lost per year in coal mines of China due to wearing. The scope of Introduced research includes friction, lubrication, wear research, new technology transfer, wear condition montoring, evaluation of materials, and surface coatings in coal mining industry. Our institute's works are also reperted.
