阐述公交车辆静态调度的局限性，据此提出公交车辆动态调度策略及其在线调整方法，并分析研究运营车辆出现意外事故、故障及延误等实际情况时，调度管理人员应如何采取相应的应急调度措施和方案。实验分析结果表明，实施公交车辆动态调度策略，可有效地解决公交车辆的静态调度不足，达到公交车辆指挥调度自动化，以提高公交车辆的运营效率和服务质量，为公交车辆智能调度提供切实可行的调度方法。

This paper dealt with the reflection spectrum and polarized reflection spectrum of 20 rocks in 2πspace, then get the model of reflection spectrum of rock surface in 2πspace. We measured the change of the reflection spectrum and polarized reflection spectrum according to the altering of the incidence angle, vertex angle, azimuth angle, bands, polarization. The results shows: the influence of incidence angle to the spectrum curve is very strong. And when the vertex angle is equal, the horizontal azimuth polarizes the rock spectrum, and elongates the circular spectrum in mirror direction, and the shape after distortion is much like ellipse. The polarization has influenced on the intensity that the rock spectrum reflected, but has no evident influence on the characteristics of wave shape of rock in 2π space. So we can describe the whole reflection spectrum characteristics (including polarization) of rock surface in 2πspace by measuring and calculating the value of e and p in several key directions.

针对水下无源导航（形辅助导航）系统的特点,充分利用各种海洋地理特征传感器获取信息，行数据预处理、算法分析、性能评估，后进行智能数据融合，而完成水下无源导航系统模块化的仿真设计，水下无源导航系统的进一步研究提供可行的方法和技术。仿真结果表明，用水下地形匹配辅助导航，能够有效地修正惯导误差达到设计要求，为真实海洋环境下的精确导航提供可靠的技术依据。

阐述了定性定量转换模型——云模型的定义、特征以及正向云、逆向云、条件云的生成方法。云模型将模糊性与随机性集成在一起，作为知识表示的基础，形成定性概念与定量数值之间的转换。将云模型理论用于车辆定位导航系统模糊评测研究，能有效地提高导航系统的可靠性和评测效果。仿真结果表明了该方法的可行性和有效性。
