摘要

首先基于离散时间给出了є-套利的概念，并讨论了其性质。然后把E2套利与经典的概率性套利进行了比较，指出了它们在本质上的区别与联系以及各自的适用范围。最后通过算例进一步说明经典的套利定价理论从本质上讲只适用于完全的金融市场，而E2套利定价方法既适用于完全金融市场，又适用于非完全的金融市场。

摘要

运用随机最优控制理论，建立了带有风险规避的证券投资最优策略问题的数学模型；然后，给出了值函数和风险规避系数的定义，并通过对值函数进行非线性变换，证明了变换后的值函数满足带有风险规避系数的HJB偏微分方程，特别当风险规避系数无限大时，给出了证券投资最优策略；最后给出了一个算例。

摘要

The paper generalizes Almgren and Chriss(2000) and studies the optimal strategy of portfolio incomplete liquidation in continuous time. The analytical solution of optimal strategy is derived with calculus of variation. The difference between incomplete liquidation case and equivalent complete liquidation case is compared. Then conclusion shows that the volatility risk of residual position makes the difference of the two cases. The effects of stocks volatility and risk attitude on the optimal strategy are also investigated. Higher the stock volatility is, faster the liquidation of the stock will be. More averse the investor is to the risk, faster the liquidation of the portfolio will be. The liquidation horizon is set to endogenous variable and optimal horizon is solved with numerical method.
