摘要

Heterocyclic enamines are versatile ambident nucleophilic reagents able to react with both aliphatic and aromatic dicarboxylic acid dichlorides in diverse manners. The reaction outcome was strongly dependent upon the heterocyclic structure of the enamines and the nature of the diacid dichlorides employed.

摘要

2-Formamidopyridine in POCL3 solution reacts with N, N-dimethylaniline to give tris (4-dimethylaminophenyl)-methane in 80% yield but with 4-X-N, N-dimethylanilines it gives 2-dimethylamino-5X-pheny1 [2-(N-methyl)-formamido-5-X-phenyl] (2-pyridylamino) methanes.

摘要

para-Substituted N-phenylpyrrolidines, -piperidines, perhydroazepines and-morpholines react with oxalyl chloride and DABCO to give the pharmaceutically useful intermediates, N-ω-ha-loalkylisatins, under mild conditions and generally good yields.

摘要

The novel fused heterocyclic systems 7,8,13,14-tetrahy-drobenzo [b] naphtho [1,2-ƒ][1,5] diazocine and 7,8,13,14-tetrahy-drobenzo [b] naphtho [2,1-ƒ][1,5] diazocine were prepared in moderate yields in a one step reaction by Vilsmeier formylation of 1-dimethyl-aminonaphthalene or 2-dimethylaminonaphthalene, respectively, by way of the 't-amino effect'. Novel rearranged byproducts were formed from 2-dimethylaminonaphthalene.
