摘要

A novel circuit topologies family of the current mode AC/AC converter with high frequency ac link, based on Flyback converter, are proposed. These circuit topologies which can transfer one unregulated sinusoidal voltage with high THD into another regulated constant frequency sinusoidal voltage with low THD, are constituted of input cycloconverter, high frequency storage transformer and output cycloconverter. The circuit topologies family include single four-quadrant power switch mode, push-pull mode, half-bridge mode,and fullbridge mode circuit. The single four-quadrant power switch mode and push-pull mode converter are suit for low input voltage fields, but the half-bridge mode and fullbridge mode converter are suit for high input voltage fields. The operational mode, steady principle and transient voltage feedback control strategy of the kind of converter are investigated. The output characteristic curve, its relation to internal resistance, and the design criterions for the key circuit parameters are given. The current mode AC/AC converters with high frequency ac link have the advantages such as simple topology, two-stage power conversions, bi-directional power flow, high frequency electrical isolation, good line current waveform, strong load adapting ability. The correction and advance of the converters are verified by the Pspice simulation and test results.

摘要

A novel combined soft switching technique and a novel circuit topologies family of the static inverter with high frequency pulse dc link are proposed in this paper. The topology structure is constituted of isolated high frequency pulse DC link circuit and DC/AC inverter. In order to overcome the duty cycle D of the one transistor forward mode Static Inverter less than 0.5 and the circuit topology of the interleaved forward mode Static Inverter more complicated, the duty cycle extension of high frequency pulse DC voltage is proposed in this paper. The steady operation principle of the active clamp forward mode high frequency pulse dc link static inverter with duty cycle extension and the control strategy of three-state discrete pulse modulation hysteresis current are deeply investigated. The design criteria for the key circuit parameters are gained. By using combined soft switching technique and the duty cycle extension of high frequency pulse DC voltage, a designed and developed 750VA 27VDC/115V400HzAC prototype has the advantages such as high efficiency, high power density, high reliability, high steady precision, fast dynamical response, strong ability of over-load and short-circuit, and low THD of output voltage.

A circuit configuration and circuit topological family of voltage mode ac–ac converters with high frequency ac links, which are based on forward converters, and a uni-polarity phase-shifted control strategy are proposed and deeply investigated. These kinds of converters consist of a input cycloconveter, a high frequency transformer, an output cycloconverter, input and output filters, and can transfer an unsteady ac voltage with a high harmonic into steady same-frequency ac sinusoidal voltage with a low harmonic. By using uni-polarity phase-shifted control strategy, output filtering inductance current is naturally commutated, and zero voltage switching of the output cycloconverter is realized. The converters’ averaging model, the output characteristic curve, and design criteria for the key circuit parameters are given. The theoretical analysis and test result of 1kVA220V±10%50 Hz ac/110V50Hz ac prototype have shown that the converters have such advantages as high frequency electrical isolation, simple topology, two-stage power conversion (LFAC/HFAC/LFAC), bidirectional power flow, uni-polarity synchronized pulsewidth modulation waveform, high efficiency, high power density, high steady precision, low total harmonic distortion of the output voltage, strong adaptability to various loads, high line power factor, and low audio noise etc.

摘要

高频脉冲交流环节逆变器电路结构由高频逆变器、高频变压器、周波变换器构成。在不增加电路拓扑复杂性的前提下,如何解决高频脉冲交流环节逆变器固有的电压过冲现象和实现周波变换器的软换流,是这类逆变器的研究重点。单极性移相控制高频脉冲交流环节逆变器能够将输入直流电压先调制成双极性三态的电压波,然后再解调成单极性SPWM波,经输出滤波后得到正弦电压。周波变换器功率开关是在前极输出的双极性三态的电压波为零期间进行开关转换,从而实现了ZVS换流。该文深入分析研究了高频脉冲交流环节逆变器稳态原理特性与单极性移相控制策略。采用状态空间平均法建立了逆变器平均模型,获得了输出电压、滤波电感电流、共同导通时间、单极性SPWM波占空比等关键电路参数的设计准则和逆变器的外特性曲线。设计并研制了lkVA 270VDC/115V400HzAC原理样机,试验结果证实了理论分析的正确性。这类逆变器具有电路拓扑简洁、两级功率变换( DC/HFAC/LFAC)、双向功率流、周波变换器实现了ZVS换流、单极性SPWM波、输出电压波形质量高、负载能力强等优点,包括全桥全波式、全桥桥式两种电路,前者适用于低压输出逆变场合,后者适用于高压输出逆变场合。
