Since the standard κ-ε model used to predict the strongly swirling flow leads to a large deviation from experimental results, it is necessary to introduce modification to the standard κ-ε model. Based on the algebraic Reynolds stress model and Bradshaw’s turbulent length scale modification conception, we present two modified κ-ε models. To investigate the behaviour of the modified turbulence models, they are used to predict two representative turbulent swirling flows. The computational results, after compared with the experimental data, show that the modified κ-ε models substantially improve the prediction of the standard κ-ε model for the turbulent swirling flows.

摇壁式喷头摇臂是变戴面、冲击动载荷构件。文中对这一构件进行了强度分析与计算，建立了强度计算的受力模型，给出了摇壁强度计算公式及计算实例。

本文用三种近壁湍流模型计算了二个二维的湍流分离流动：单包流动和多包流动。结果表明：二层模型和低Reynolds数模型具有类似的特性。它们基本上给出合理的分离流动结构。壁函数的方法由于对数律的假定基本上不适合于计算湍流的分离流动。

对静电喷粉中的荷电气固两相流固相枪送过程进行了分析，建立了固相粉运方程。应用该方程对本课题组研制的静电喷粉系统固相物运流场进行了计算与实验脸证。
