从地表水和地下水联舍运用的角度对济南市用水需求进行了预测,提出区域水资源地表水和地下水联合运用模拟模型,鉴于该地区复杂的水网构造,把整个地区划分为4个计算区,最后确定各计算区最优水资源调度方案。

研究了基于Map Objects的地理信息系统二次开发及其与灌区管理模型的集成,并在漳河灌区进行了初步应用。GIS提供模型计算所需要的空间数据,并在模型模拟过程中动态显示时空演化过程。利用GIS与灌区管理模型的结合,对提高我国水资源的利用有重要的现实意义。

An integrated information technology system for rapid data collection and a GIS based software utility are developed to assist the Irrigation Administration Bureau to inform the development of long-term asset plans and to carry out the costing of providing irrigation and drainage service. The information technology system was used to collect and store geographically distributed asset data to verify and generating investment profiles for calculation of annuities full annuity and partial annuity approaches using linear depreciation. The system was applied to Zhanghe Irrigation System and the capital costs associated with the renewal of the asset base was estimated as 235 Yuan/ha. The analysis of the financial performance shows that current pricing of irrigation service is well below the level that is needed to ensure sustainability of the infrastructure and water service. The full cost of providing the irrigation and drainage service was estimated as 0.078 Yuan/m3 while the current water fee income is 0.04235 Yuan/m3.
