【期刊论文】基于农用地分等的基本农田保护空间规划方法研究

摘要

耕地中直接影响到粮食安全的是基本农田,实施耕地保护实质上就是实施基本农田保护。针对当前基本农田保护规划中存在的问题,以及本轮土地利用规划修编的特点和要求,考虑土地利用数据共享原则,对在基本农田保护规划中充分利用农用地分等成果进行了探讨,即在进行基本农田保护空间布局过程中,把农用地综合等作为一个重要因素加以考虑。在考虑粮食安全的基础上,再依据基本农田的内涵,建立了以基本农田保护规划决策模型为核心的技术方法。通过熵权系数法、理想点法与GIS技术的结合,基于Mapbasic编程并在Mapinfo平台上试验,建立了一套基本农田保护空间规划的技术路线,完成了从专业模型分析到规划图自动生成的全过程,实现了基本农田规划编制的决策支持和决策可视化,使规划成果更加科学合理。通过在济南市的实证,取得了令人满意的结果。

【期刊论文】基于GIS的北京市建筑密度空间分布规律研究*

摘要

城市发展状况在很大程度上反映在建筑物的空间分布上,研究建筑分布特点可以为城市规划、土地利用规划等提供指导。在突破以往建筑密度建成区的空间范围局限性的基础上,在GIS 软件支持下,以2.0km×2.0km的样方为统计单元,利用样方中的建筑物基底面积/样方面积来统一计算整个北京市的建筑密度,通过分析建筑密度分布图来研究北京市建筑密度总体空间分布特征。通过绘制以天安门旗杆为中心的8个不同方向的剖面、卫星城之间的10个剖面以及将建筑密度与主要环线道路进行叠加进一步来详细分析建筑密度的空间变化特征。结果显示,北京市建筑密度等级类型空间分布图直观反映出了北京市建设已经从“单中心”模式发展转移为“多中心”发展模式,其主要发展区域主要集中平原地区,而西部、北部山区的建筑密度普遍较低。

摘要

Though there are many methods for spatial data mining, it is also a desirable problem that how to carry out this operation fast. Matlab is called full-purpose calculation paper. And it has certain advantage in carrying out data mining because of its powerful matrix calculation function. According to the association rule method of data mining, spatial data of land use and slope was processed and extracted on Geographic Information System (GIS) at first, and data mining was performed by the program, which was wrote in M-language of Matlab. The study area was Ancheng township in Shandong province of China. The confidence and the support between different land use types and slope levels were mined, and the association rules were set up. Through the empirical study, it has been proved that this study method is feasible and the conclusion can provide instruction for local land use planning.

【期刊论文】A spatial cluster method for prime farmland selection

In China, the protection of prime farmland is a national policy of eminent importance. From an analytical perspective, its central mission, designating qualified cultivated land as prime farmland, is a comprehensive multi-attribute ranking problem. The paper first analyzed the shortcomings of the existent methods, and then proposed a spatial clustering method for prime farmland designation. The main processes were as follows: (1) Building of index system of prime farmland delimiting; (2) Evaluation of index weights according to expert knowledge; (3) Partition of study area on account of the accuracy. Data of elliptical regions that was preprocessed was put into model of spatial clustering. (4) The land parcels in same cluster is combined into larger units, ranking the result units by holistic productivity level, and selecting the super units which meet the requirement of prime farmland, finally modulating the result according to the correlated policy. The final result can be acquired. Take Jiyang County, Shandong, as a study area, the research showed that the model of selecting cultivated land into prime farmland by GA-K means spatial clustering can effectively solve the existing problems. The prime farmlands were obviously more concentrative, the isolated land parcel fragments were removed effectively, and spatial gathering level was enhanced remarkably. All that makes it a scientifically sound and practically feasible tool to protect and manage prime farmland, and monitor the prime farmland, and realize the aim of scientific and scale management.

【期刊论文】Extension and Application of Space Syntax A Case Study of Urban Traffic Network Optimizing in Beijing

摘要

Most of the cities all over the world have the problem of traffic jam, but Beijing is probably one of the typical cities. Researchers and government have applied the energies to finding a solution to solve this problem in Beijing, but the effect is not satisfying. Space syntax theory and its mode to solve problems can provide instructive reference for analyzing the urban traffic problem. Based on the current condition of urban traffic network in Beijing, this paper was in virtue of space syntax theory and GIS visualization technology, extended the space syntax theory, divided the traffic network according to roads' designation, and improved the axial map. We put forward the concept of accessibility, discussed the method that how to deal with loops, and proved the optimizing measures which are supposed to revive the current traffic pressure in Beijing based on the iterative optimizing experiments. It is concluded that increasing radialized roads can help to improve the traffic status obviously of Beijing traffic network, which is in the framework of loops. Moreover, we conducted different simulating experiments, such as adding 2 more, 4 more, 6 more, 8 more, and up to 14 more radicalized roads in different directions. We discovered that there is a critical of the added roads. Adding 6-8 more roads can lead to an optimal yield. In accordance with this finding, we selected the axial lines of roads on the spot according to current urban planning, and had validated the feasibility and rationality of the optimizing method. It is concluded that building some new radialized roads and rebuilding some main roads are available for improve the traffic condition and the input-output ratio is better. Consequently, the extended space syntax method can instruct road reconstructing and urban planning, and be generalized to other cities.
