摘要

On the basis of pyrolysis and combustion tests on drop tube furnace DTF., it has been substantiated the existence of amount of less combustible constituents LCC. in Yangquan coal. They generally lie in the separation fractions with specific density. In combination with thermogravimetrical analyses on a Du Pont 2100 thermal balance, measurement of particulate diameter of chars and burnout carbons BC. on a Malvern Mastersizer instrument, and numerical calculation by mathemetical models, kinetical parameters, like apparent pre-exponential factor k0. and activation energy of reaction E. of Yangquan raw coal and three separation fractions with different density have been obtained. The results show that parameters of LCC are always less than that of the others.

摘要

Pyrolyses under different temperatures were carried out upon Yangquan anthracite, Huainan bituminous coal of medium volatile matter, Shenfu bituminous coal of high volatile matter, and various lithotypes from Yangquan and Shenfu coals. It shows that yields of the pyrolysis rise with the increase of pyrolytic temperature, rising especially rapidly from 673 to 773K, resulting in a distinction between stages Ⅰ and Ⅱ of the pyrolysis. Afterward, they keep a mild increase at high temperatures above 1173K. Kinetic parameters k0 and E have been reached on the basis of mathematical calculation and numerical stimulation. The k0 of the coals obtained in higher temperature varies between 4.86×104 and 15.16×104 s-1, and E lies between 9.03×10.3 and 22.85 103Jmol-1. Chars have been obtained at each of the pyrolytic temperatures. The morphology of chars was studied with a petrographic microscope. Furthermore, the specific surface area and pore volume of chars from various coals and lithotypes pyrolyzed at 1323K were measured with an Auto-scan 33 Quantochrome.

摘要

Three coals of Yanngquan anthracite (YQ), Huainan bitmninous coal with a medfiml amomlt of volatile matter and Shelkfil bitmninous coal with a high amount of volatile matter (SF) are used for the investigation of less combustible constituents (ECC). it has been concluded that some less combustible constituents exist in coals by means of centrifugal separation (CS) with gravity liquids and themlogravimetfic analysis (TG) with a Du Pont 2100 thermal balance. The constituents always lie in the separation fraction with the specific density, which differs from each other in vmious coals. The LCC in coals always give a lower value of the maximum combustion rate, alld also lower kinetic paralllet ers, like activation energy (E) and apparent pre exponential factor (ko).

摘要

This paper deals first with the flotability characteristics of petrograpbic constituents in ShelffU coals. Some differences, such as elemental composition, asia level, oxygen contaibing functional groups, hydropbilicity and zeta potential, between vitrain (vitlibite rich lithotype) and fusain (inertinite rich lithotype) were established. These differences give rise to the possibility of separating mul preparing single constituents by lnemls of the flotation method. Tests verified that when appropriate reagents, such as frothers, collectors, etc., are used during flotation, it is possible to separate vitribite from coals. The results showed that vitribite in the floats cml reach more thin1 80% if accumulative yields of flotation for sludge are maintained in some degree, such as below 69%.
