Based on the theory of marginal opportunity cost, one kind of green input-output table and models of powercompany are put forward in this paper. For an appliable purpose, analysis of integrated planning, cost analysis, pricingof the power company are also given.

According to the socialist market economy, the incentive model of MEMS is studied based on the hierarchical decision-making system of governmentmarket- firm. The relevant strategy is also analysed. The article is composed of two parts. The first part includes: a system analysis of the general framework of socialist market economy and the corresponding macro-management system; and incentive strategy, as an effective means in MEMS. Part two includes: by means of the hierarchical decision-making theory, and the stochastic optimization theory, two concrete static models with a perfect information structure and partial information structure respectively, where the government induces Pareto-optimality by adopting a strategy which is a function of the fiscal policy parameter; the existence of the optimum affined strategy in the above models is tested.

The discussion of integrated accounting for natural resources and economy under the frame2 work of sustainable development has received increased attention by the international society. By now ,two methods are noticable , one is so called“direct”method modifying the core system of the SNA itself with natural resource factors , and the other is so called“indirected (satellite) ”method which is to develop an SNA satellite system for integrated accounting. Based on the idea of the latter , linkage between natural re2 sources accounting and economy accounting is analysed in the three2in2one accounts system of core ac2counts , satellite accounts , linkage accounts in this paper.
