本文针对区域产业结构的特点，提出了一种研究区域产业结构的新方法——跟踪最优控制模型，这中方法体现了区域产业结构调整的原则及指导思想，在方法论上实现了系统仿真，优化和过程控制的统一，并可用于其他领域的研究。

摘要

A new model―tracing―optimizing―controling model used in adjusting industry instrcture is put forward in this papar. The model is based on the principle of industrial correlation and characteristics of open system. This model is more suitable for adjusting industry instructure in market economic system than the priviously model. The model combines system optimization and process control and can be widly used in other fields.
