摘要

Phenanthrene was solubiliaed in two different nonionic surfactants, Tween80 and Triton X-100, The bioavailability of phenanthrene to the bactcria isolated from the petrolcum contaminated soils was studied based on the rotary flasks experiments. The results showed that the concentraton of nonjonic sufactaots above the cntical micele concentraion (CMC) ran increase the solubility of phenanthree in water and were innoxious to the phenanthrene-degrading bacteria; phenanthree solubiliacd in the micelles of Tween 80 was bioavailahle and biodegradahle. The rescarch demonstruted the potential of sufactant-cnhanced bioremediation of soils contaminated by hydrophobic organic compounds(HOCs).

摘要

A proper design of the architecture of Artificial Neural Network (ANN) models can provide a robust tool in water resources modeling and forecasting. The performance of different neural networks in a groundwater level forecasting is examined in order to identify an optimal ANN architecture that can simulate the decreasing trend of the groundwater level and provide acceptable predictions up to 18 months ahead. Messara Valley in Crete (Greece) was chosen as the study area as its groundwater resources have being overexploited during the last fifteen years and the groundwater level has been decreasing steadily. Seven different types of network architectures and training algorithms are investigated and compared in terms of model prediction efficiency and accuracy. The different experiment results show that accurate predictions can be achieved with a standard feedforward neural network trained with the Levenberg–Marquardt algorithm providing the best results for up to 18 months forecasts.

摘要

Migration of pollutants in soils obeys the advection-dispersion law in the direction of decreasing the concentration. However, some of the organic chemicals carried by capillary water in air-dried soils could show unusual reversing distribution, i.e. concentration close to the pollution source seemed lower while the highest concentration appeared far from the pollution source. Column tests were carried out to verify the reversing phenomena of concentration distribution, and solutions of phenol, a detergent (LAS), Vitamin-C, CI and Ca 2+ were utilized to investigate the migration regulation. It was found that the reversing phenomena could occur only in air-dried soils affected by capillary flow and depended on the chemical properties and vapor-phase of pollutants, but the soil properties or arrangement, or combination of soil layers did not affect the reversing phenomena.

摘要

运用驯化的反硝化混合菌群进行了苯系化合物(BTEx)的厌氧降解试验。结果表明,混合菌群能够在反硝化条件下有效降解苯、甲苯、乙苯、邻二甲苯、问二甲苯和对二甲苯。BTEX的降解规律符合底物抑制的Monod模型,当初始浓度小于50mg•L-1时,6种受试基质的厌氧降解速率顺序为:甲苯>乙苯>间二甲苯>邻二甲苯>对二甲苯>苯。整个试验过程中NO3的消耗与苯、甲苯、乙苯、邻二甲苯、间二甲苯及对二甲苯生物降解之间的摩尔比分别为:9.47,9.26,11.14,12.46,13.36,13.02。混合菌群厌氧降解BTEX时需要NO3为电子受体进行起始反应,能够以NO3或NO2为电子受体进一步降解生成的中间产物。

【期刊论文】曝气生物滤池快速启动和活性保持性能研究

摘要

研究了两级曝气生物滤池处理生活污水时各级的快速启动和在低负荷下活性保持的能力。考察了出水中主要污染物和生物滤池内生物量随时间的变化情况。结果表明,碳氧化生物滤池从低负荷恢复时,所需要的时间与活性保持时的负荷大小有关,负荷越小,所需要的时间越长。在极端情况下,恢复时间接近一次完全启动的时间。因此碳氧化生物滤池的低度负荷维持并没有太大的实际意义。而硝化生物滤池在低负荷下活性保持良好,重新启动仅需要完全启动1/10的时间,这就有可能以低度成本实现硝化生物滤池的活性保持。
