【期刊论文】国外引信技术的发展与我们的对策

摘要

本文结合传感器技术的发展以及对引信技术的推动,对固态传感器、光传感器、磁传感器、陀螺传感器、MEMS传感器的发展进行了论述,说明了武器系统的发展与传感器的关系,在此基础上,根据国外正在开展的武器系统的研究,以及在近期开展的引信关键技术研究,详细的分析和介绍了MEMS技术、磁探测技术、硬目标侵彻可编程技术、激光技术在引信中的应用,第二环境力在非旋弹引信中的应用、GPS与IMU技术在引信中的应用及多选择技术的发展、感应装定技术的发展等。介绍了以美国为首的北约集团在近期的引信技术的发展。特别是美国对引信项目的管理结构、生产程序、发展计,在分析跟踪的基础上对我国引信科研及管理体制提出了一些设想。在跟踪研究的基础上,提出了在我国现有的生产制造条件下,应如何开展MEMS工作和今后的对策和研究设想。

摘要

Bridge monitoring systems used in practice employ conventional cables to communicate sensor measurements to a centralized data acquisition unit. Cable based systems have high installation costs and leave wires vulnerable to ambient signal noise corruption. In addressing these inherent drawbacks, a modular wireless monitoring system is proposed. Such a system promises lower capital and installation costs noise simultaneously ensuring reliable communication between sensing units.A vibration-electric generator has been proposed to generate electricity from the vibrations of the bridge to power an acceleration. To assess the feasibility of this idea, a model of the power produced from the generator is presented. It is concluded that the output power would be sufficient to power an acceleration sensor. Wireless sensing is prosperous in bridge health monitoring.

摘要

In order to abate the effects from the background disturbance in the system of laser proximity fuze, such as the smoke, mist, rains, clouds, snow and other artificial disturbances, a device based on the "dual range gate" techniques is designed. It can eliminate the natural interferences and disturbance as the rounds with pulse laser proximity fuze flights in the atmosphere. And moreover its detecting ranges reach 10 meters. The device improves greatly the anti-disturbance performance of the pulse laser proximity sensors.

摘要

In normal research or engineer testing, sometime the signal from rotating objects is wanted. At that time, the traditional cable-necessary data acquisition system is not convenient or even unavailable in those testing situation. A small-size wireless date acquisition system was developed to accomplish the acquisition of signal where the common cable-necessary data acquisition system is inapplicable such as from rotating objects. This paper introduced a wireless date acquisition system which is based on digital transceiver module, and it describes the design issues and implementation of the system, especially on how to improve reliability. The application of the system in practical experiment has showed that it is satisfactory for the signal acquisition from rapidly revolving body.

摘要

Muzzle velocity is an very important parameter in the small caliber air defense flake system with timing fuze. The precise, instant measurement of the muzzle velocity of each round can greatly improve the weapon's air defense efficiency by adjusting the time constant according to its real muzzle velocity. The theory and implementation of the measuring system is introduced. As key point in the ystem, the error control steps are detailed to discuss especially about the magnet washer. Besides, to reduce time consummation for calculation, a novel arithmetic based on pre-calculated table was put forwarded. Experiments have shown that this muzzle velocity measuring system has the advantages of muzzle attachable, high precision and short process time.
