【期刊论文】碳纳米管-聚丙烯酸乙酯复合乳液的制备及其润滑性能研究

摘要

采用乳液聚合方法合成了碳纳米管2聚丙烯酸乙酯(CNTs-PEA)复合乳液;采用JEM100X 型透射电子显微镜(TEM) 观察了复合乳液的微观形貌;采用MQ2800型四球摩擦磨损试验机和MM2200型环2块摩擦磨损试验机考察了CNTs-PEA复合乳液作为水基润滑添加剂的摩擦学性能;并采用JSM235型扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了磨斑表面。结果表明,CNTs-PEA复合乳液在极低浓度下即可有效地提高水基液的承载能力和抗磨性能。

摘要

was prepared with radical polymerization. 50mg of C60 and 1g of styrene and 1g of maleic anhydride were dissolved in 20mL of o-dichlorobenzene, then was initiated by 200mg of BPO at 70℃ under the protection of Ar for 32h. The copolymer was ob-tained as a brown solid. The st ructure of copolymer was characterized by UV and FTIR. GPC analyses shows that it average molecular weight Mw is 13000. The copolymer is soluble in THF, DMSO and water. The surface tension of 0.5% of copolymer aqueous solution was determined to be 54.6×10-3N/m (20℃). TEM analyses shows that the copolymer is a kind of water-soluble nanosphere with the aver-age diameter of about 60nm.

摘要

A branched ester-type lithium imide-lithium bis [(1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoro-2-propoxy) sulfonyl]imide (LiN[SO2OCH(CF3)2]2, LiHFPSI) was used as salt for poly (ethylene oxide) (PEO)-based polymer electrolytes. Its conductivity, electrochemical stability, cationic transference number and thermal stability were characterized. The conductivities of these electrolytes correlated with the oncentration of the lithium salt and the most conductive electrolyte (3.97 10-5S/cm, 30℃) was obtained when the molar ratio of EO unit to lithium salt was 8. The results from thermal analysis also exhibited that the lithium salt decreased the crystallinity of PEO efficiently. The electrochemical experiments showed that the electrochemical window of the polymer electrolyte was in excess of 5.8V vs. Li+/Li and the transference number of cation could reach up to 0.47. Compared with the traditional lithium imide-lithium bis (trifluoromethylsulfonyl) imide (LiTFSI), LiHFPSI exhibited the better comprehensive properties as the lithium salt in polymer electrolytes.

摘要

The aqueous solutions of C60 and C60 NCH2COH2 (N-acetamide 1,2-dihydro-1,2-aza-fullerene [C60])were prepared by the potyvinylpyrrolidone method Using lueigenin as the photosensitive probe for the supe rOX radicals, the superoxlde radicals in the solution of C60 and its five dem, atives (including C60NCH2CONH2, C60 (OH)n, and three C60/70 acrylic acid copolymers) were determined under both irradiation and non-irradiation by photon calculator The effect of C60(OH)n on the superoxide radicals was also studied. The results show that the superoxlde radicals can be generated only in the C60 solution under irradiation, while C60 (OH)n has the aetvlty of reducing the superoxlde radials in aqueous solution, suggesting that the superoxide radicals are involved in the photosensitive reaction of C60, but not in those of its derivatives.

SEM armXyses htdicatesthatthe WealF seals obtained withfullerezle cop01)aner exhibited mild scratches, whilesharp grooving and serious pull-uiJt plqenonmon were observed in the presence 0f base stock without additive. The improvements in friction. wear and load-carrying capacity are probably due to thepresence of fullerene opolymernaoballs, which may act as molecule ball beatings, which in turn lead to elastic rolling lubrication.
