随着市场竞争的激烈，市场营销风险与日俱增，其突出表现在客户资信水平下降，货款拖欠严重。目前企业普遍缺乏有效的管理手段。客户资信评估A-FA方法，以层次分析、模糊评判、精确值测量相结合，较好地解决了企业对营销客户资信评估的难题，构建了较为符合企业评估需要的评估指标体系，建立了具有操作性的资信评估方法。针对评估结果确定资信等级标准，实行不同等级的资信管理，可适时地进行风险预警和控制，这在企业实践中具有很强的操作性，也具有较强的现实意义。

In this paper, fuzzy random expected value models are considered. In order to solve the models, a simultaneous perturbation stochastic approximation (SPSA) algorithm based on fuzzy random simulation is proposed, in which fuzzy random simulation technique is designed to estimate the expected values of functions with fuzzy random variables, and SPSA is used to search for the optimal solution. At the end of this paper, an example illustrates the feasibility and effectiveness of theprovided algorithm.
