A frequency-variable control system for elevator driven by linear induction motor was designed, and tested by the authors. Considering the testing result and the intrinsic end effect of linear induction motor, the authors present a method for constructing the mathematical model of this motor to compensate the end effect. Also, in this paper, the field-oriented control system based on single neuron PI for linear induction driven elevator is forward, and has this model simulated. The results are provided to verify that this mathematical model is effective and the control algorithm is robust against parameters variation and load change.

This paper introduces a new push-type suspending conveyer system which is applied in many ranges. The new system is driven by linear induction motor (LIM) and controlled by digital signal processor(DSP). Because it doesn't need any middle converting equipment in system, it is a more superior way than traditional one, which adopts rotary motor to drive the system. Utilizing the superior function of the calculation processing and the self-contained on chip peripherals of the DSP chip, the performance of the control system can be improved prominently.

介绍了用直线电机直接驱动冲压机工作的基本原理、结构和性能以及它的检测与控制方法。和传统式机械冲压机相比,直线电机驱动的冲压机(以下简称电磁冲压机)具有结构简单、体积小、重量轻、制造周期短、成本低、控制方便、噪音低和省能等优点。目前已研究完成了50KN以下的科研样机,通过了省级鉴定并获得了多项专利,现已投入小批量生产,效果显著。100KN以上的科研样机作为省重点科技攻关项目正在研究之中。
