The flow field of gas and liquid in a ф150mm rotating-stream-tray (RST) scrubber is simulated by using computational fluid dynamic (CFD) method. The simulation is based on the two-equation RNG k-ε turbulence model, Eulerian multiphase model, and a real-shape 3D model with a huge number of meshes. The simulation results include detailed information about velocity, pressure, volume fraction and so on. Some features of the flow field are obtained: liquid is atomized in a thin annular zone; a high velocity air zone prevents water drops at the bottom from flying towards the wall; the pressure varies sharply at the end of blades and so on. The results will be helpful for structure optimization and engineering design.

制备和研究了用于乙烯/乙烷吸附分离的经改性的吸附剂银离子交换树脂在25℃、1atm下银离子交换树脂S9对乙烯的平衡吸附容量为0.992mmolg-1，乙烯/乙烷平衡吸附容量之比为3.5625℃和75℃时其吸附容量可恢复85%以上105℃时其吸附容量能完全恢复由于这一吸附包含了能量不同的物理吸附和Л络合化学吸附，平衡数据由含两个拟合参数的平衡等温吸附方程关联而得通过综合考虑几个主要吸附特性讨论了这些吸附剂在工业吸附过程中的应用潜力。

以双搅拌釜为实验设备，研究了烟气脱硫过程中硫酸钠、硫酸镁和腐殖酸钠对石灰石的促溶作用。结果表明，分别采用3种不同添加剂时，pH值等随脱硫反应时间的变化规律类似；与非强化石灰石脱硫过程对比，在相同pH值下，3种添加剂均使石灰石颗粒体积占初始体积的分率rp减小，即均能促进石灰石的溶解，改善浆液的传质性能。通过理论分析，导出了rp与浆液pH值之间的关系式，该方程能很好地关联双搅拌釜实验数据。

Ag+-exchanged resins are prepared and studied for ethylene/ethane separation by adsorption. On Ag+-exchanged S9, at 25℃ and 0.1013MPa, the equilibrium adsorbed amount for C2H4 is 0.992mmol.g-1, and the adsorption ratio for C2H4/C2H6 is 3.56. The adsorption capacity can be restored almost completely at 25℃ and 75℃, and the desorption residual amount is less than 0.01mmol.g-1. For the adsorption consisting of physical adsorption and 7r-complexation with energy heterogeneity, the equilibrium data are correlated with Langmuir-FYeundlich isotherm equation. Furthermore, the heat of adsorption and the overall diffusion time constants are calculated from the experimental data. Considering all the adsorption characteristics, the application potential for industrial adsorption process is discussed.

在旋流板塔上对己二酸强化石灰石浆液烟气脱硫（FGD）工艺和过程进行了实验研究，分析了其吸收SO2的传质反应机理，实验测定了不同己二酸添加浓度C（%wt）下脱硫率h和浆液pH值随时间t的变化情况，得到了h与pH值的关系规律，并得出了h与t的回归关联式。实验研究了己二酸添加浓度C和液气比L/G对脱硫率h的影响，以及己二酸添加浓度C对CaCO3利用率a的影响。结果表明，当C=0.15%时，己二酸可有效促进CaCO3的溶解并缓冲浆液pH值的下降，h和a分别提高10个百分点和25个百分点以上；当控制浆液pH=6.0时，脱硫率可达70%以上；当要求h在pH=6.0的情况下达60%时，可有效降低液气比L/G约40%，从而大大降低了脱硫运行成本。
