在常温常压下,研究了脉冲放电等离子体及其协同催化剂强化CH。氢化偶联反应。结果表明:脉冲电晕等离子体条件下,甲烷中引入氢气可以实现偶联,而且随着氢气引入量的增加甲烷的转化率以及C2收率增大,积碳减少;脉冲电压和重复频率影响CH4的转化;引入Ni/γAl2O3催化剂后可改善产物C2烃的分布,等离子体法制备的Ni/γAl2O3催化剂性能优于化学法制备的Ni/γAl2O3催化剂,开辟了一条甲烷偶联新技术路线。

At atmospheric pressure and ambient temperature, the hydrogenation coupling of methane was studied by using pulse corona plasma and its synergism with catalyst. The results showed that (í) under pulse corona plasma, the coupling of methane could be fulfilled by the addition of hydrogen, and with the increase of the amount of hydrogen, the conversion of methane and the yield of C2 hydrocarbon increased, and the deposit of carbon decreased; (íí) the conversion of methane was affected by pulse voltage and repeated frequency; (ííí) in the system, the addition of Ni/g-Al2O3 could improve the distribution of C2 hydrocarbon; (íν) the activity of Ni/g-Al2O3 prepared by cold plasma was better than that by chemical methods. The experiment opened up a new technical route of the coupling of methane.

In this paper, the conversion of CO2/CH4 by using pulse corona plasma was studied at atmospheric pressure and ambient temperature. The effects of ratio of CO2/CH4, pulse voltage and repeated frequency of plasma discharge were first studied in the system.

The pulse corona plasma has been used as an activation method for reaction of methane and carbon dioxide, the product was C2 hydrocarbons and by-products were CO and H2. Methane conversion and the yield of C2 hydrocarbons were affected by the carbon dioxide concentration in the feed. The conversion of methane increased with increasing carbon dioxide concentration in the feed whereas the yield of C2 hydrocarbons decreased. The synergism of La2O3/Al2O3 and plasma gave methane conversion of 24.9% and C2 hydrocarbons yield of 18.1% were obtained at the power input of plasmawas 30W. The distribution of C2 hydrocarbons changed by using Pd-La2O3/Al2O3 catalyst, the major C2 product was ethylene.

常温常压下,利用脉冲电晕等离子体与NiC2Al2O3催化剂协同作用CO2加氢转化生成甲烷,考察了催化剂担载量、放电参数、工艺参数等对反应的影响,并探讨了其反应机理。结果表明, 在等离子体与催化剂协同作用下,CO2加氢生成CH4,CO2 转化率在催化剂一定担载量范围内随担载量的增加而增加;脉冲电压峰值、重复频率、进气方式、空速等对反应有重要影响;相同条件下,等离子体2催化法优于化学催化法。
