In the process of enterprise modeling, evaluation is integrated with modeling and optimization of business process based on model, which can be used to assess the optimal result as well as to watch the daily operation of enterprise. This will help the decision-maker to optimize resource configuration, production process and the whole management system, therefore the efficiency of the enterprise will be improved greatly. An approach to set up such an evaluation system will be presented in this paper, in order to effectively evaluate the business model in the framework of enterprise modeling.

A new kind of hierarchical Petri net (HPN) and its modeling approach for semiconductor manufacturing system are presented in this paper. Firstly, the applications of Petri nets in semiconductor manufacturing system are briefly reviewed. Then the definition of HPN and its modeling procedure are given. Finally, an application-oriented case study is illustrated.

基于CORBA、Web、Java和消息队列的工作流技术有效解决了分布异构环境的集成，然而对于分别构建Microsoft.net、CORBA和J2EE平台上工作流应用的互操作问题研究较少。本文提出了基于WS-Resource服务资源模型的动态工作流互操作框架，该框架综合了Web、CORBA和消息队列等实现技术的优势，以基于Web服务和网格服务的资源作为工作流机原子级的调用单元，以基于XML的SOAP消息为工作流底层通信机制，以WS-Resource容器管理工作流机的消息队列、事务管理、系统维护、故障恢复以及可靠性执行，文章最后给出了实现方法。

虚拟企业是具有不同核心竞争力的企业共同合作，为完成某一产品或服务而组成的一种新的组织形式，它以分布、协调的方式实现项目任务，因此，这里项目管理的内涵发生了变化。传统企业性能的评价指标集不再适用于虚拟企业。本文在描述虚拟企业、项目管理概念、特征的基础上，根据项目管理的基本思想，以项目管理为主线，提出了一种通用的、可操作的虚拟企业性能评价指标体系和评价方法。

本文围绕现代集成制造系统技术主题“十五”总体目标，聚焦5大软件产品中的区域网络化制造系统开展构件技术及集成技术的研究，提出了面向网络化制造ASP平台工具构件与集成技术研究体系,该体系是网络化制造ASP平台总体技术体系中的重要组成部分,文中探讨了该体系的主要研究内容、关键技术突破，这些内容对网络化制造企业的成功建立提供了重要理论依据和技术支持。
