摘要

In this paper, biodegradable aliphatic copolyesters were synthesized from q-caprolactone, adipic acid, and 1,6-hexanediol by meltpolycondensation method. The chemical structure, and thermal properties of these copolymers were studied in detail. The water absorption behavior and hydrolytic degradation behavior of this copolyester were also studied. This aliphatic copolyester prepolymer would be used to prepare the biodegradable poly(ester urethane), which might have potential application in biomedical field.

摘要

A new kind of aliphatic polyetheresteramide copolymers (PEEAs) based on E-caprolactone, 11-aminoundecanoic acid, and poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) were synthesized by melt polycondensation. The thermal and hydrolytic egradation behaviour of these copolymers was studied using FTIR, 1H-NMR, and TGA. PEG content, thickness of the test sample, and pH of degradation medium have great effect on degradation rate. The degradation rate increased with PEG content and pH, but decreased with thickness of the test sample.

摘要

A new type of biodegrad-able polyesteramide P(LA/AU) based on lactic acid and aminoun-decanoic acid was synthesized by the meh polycondensation method. The copolymers obtained were charac-terized by FTIR. 1H-NMR, DSC, and XRD. The in vitro degradation behavior of the copolymers was studied using weighing. 1H-NMR. FT1R, DSC. and SEM. With the increase in aminonndecanoic acid units, the mehing temperature and crystallinity increased, but the water absorption and degradation rate decreased accordingly. During degradation in vitro, the ester moiety decreased due to ester cleav-age along the macromolecular main chain. As degradation proceeded. the mehing temperature and crystallinity increased at first, then started to decrease because the crystalline phase was destroyed.

摘要

Hydrolytically degradable PET/PEG block copolymer was synthesized by the macromolecular transesterification method from PET and PEG. Non-isothermal crystallization behavior of the copolymers was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Water absorption and in vitro degradation behaviour of these copolymers were studied in detail. When hydrophilic PEG was incorporated into the PET chain, water absorption increased. With the increase in PEG concentration, the degradation rate increased accordingly. PEG molecular weight has different effects on PET/PEG copolymers' degradation rate.

摘要

In this article, a pH sensitive semi-interpenetrating network (SIPN) hydrogel based on methacrylic acid, BSA, and PEG was prepared by UV initiated free radical polymerization. The swelling behavior and pH sensitivity of these hydrogels were studied in detail. With the increase in pH of the aqueous solution from 1.7 to 9.23, the swelling ratio of these hydrogels increased accordingly. The effect of BSA and crosslinker (BIS) content on the swelling behavior was more complicated, and the results were shown in the text.
