【期刊论文】隔膜对镍氢电池大电流放电性能的影响及特性

摘要

通过测试和计算厚度、面密度、吸碱量、吸碱速率、表观密度、隔膜孔隙度及表面SEM 形貌特征,对6种镍氢电池隔膜(3种氟化隔膜和3种磺化隔膜)的物理性能进行了综合对比,分析了由这6种隔膜制成的相同正、负极的SC3000镍氢电池在15,20及30A下的放电性能;同时结合电池的循环寿命与荷电保持率,筛选出最适于镍氢电池大电流放电的磺化隔膜FV3。对电池大电流放电时隔膜所应具备的特性进行了概括总结,提出了一种评价隔膜特性对镍氢电池大电流放电性能影响的新方法,对动力型镍氢电池的研究与开发具有重要的参考价值。

摘要

Spinel LiMn2O4 powders were prepared using two•step synthesis method consisting of、solidstate reaction method and citrate modified solgel method. The effects of the calcination temperature and the Li/Mn ratio ofraw materials were studied on the physic0chemical and electrochemical properties of the spinel LiMmO4 powders, such as crystallinity. 1attice constant and density. The title compound was characterized by powder X•ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). Polycrystalline LiMn204 powers calcined at 750 c(=were found to be composed of very uniformlysized microcrvstal with an aver. age particle size of 300nm. The improvement in electrochemical properties was mainly attributed to the process of re. grinding by absolute alcoho1.

【期刊论文】A novel polymer electrolyte based on PMAML/PVDF-HFP blend

摘要

SEM). The electrochemical properties of composite electrolyte membranes were studied. The ionic conductivityof the polymer electrolyte composed of 75wt. % 1MLiBF4 in ethylene carbonate (EC) and dimethyl carbonate (DMC) (EC:DMC=1:1by weight) was about 2.6×10−3 S cm−1 at ambient temperature. The electrochemical window of the polymer electrolyte was about 4. 6Vdetermined from the linear sweep voltammetry plot. The lithium ion polymer batteries were assembled by sandwiching gel polymer electrolytebetween LiCoO2 cathode and mesophase carbon fibre (MPCF) anode. Charge-discharge test results display that lithium ion batteries withthese gel polymer electrolytes have good electrochemical performance.

【期刊论文】Li1.02Cro.1Mn1.904表面包覆的热稳定性研究

摘要

Improvement of elevated-temperature performance of LiL02Cr0. 1MnLg04 cathode material by silicious sur- face modification was studied. The Lil0Cr0. 1lMnl. 904 cathode material was treated by silanes coupling agent and then heated at 580℃ to remove organic material. The structures of the modified and unmodified Li1. 02Cr0. lMn1. g04 were characterized by SpectraPlus, SEM and XRD. The results show that the surface layer of Li1. 02Cr0. 1Mnl. 904 ma- terial is found to be rich in silicious compound. X-ray diffraction show that all the samples have perfect spinel structure. The electrochemical characterization of modified Li1. 02Cr0. 1Mnl904 cathode material was tested. The cycle stability of charge/discharge at 55℃ is improved. The results of the charge/discharge curves show that the modi- fied LiCralMnl. 904 has better performance than those unmodified according to the inhibition of decline of reversible capacity of spinel Li1. 02Cr0. 1Mnl. 904. Therefore, cycle performance is improved so obviously that 86. 03% of the initial capacity is preserved after 100 cycles.

【期刊论文】不同碳源对LiFePO4/C复合正极材料性能的影响

摘要

采用固相反应法在惰性气氛下合成了橄榄石型LiFePO4/C复合正极材料,采用XRD,SEM和激光粒度(LSD)以及电化学测试等于段对目标材料进行了结构表征和性能测试。考察了葡萄糖、乙炔黑以及石墨等不同碳源对目标材料性能的影响。结果表明,以葡萄糖作为碳源的正极材料具有优良的电化学性能,首次放电比容量达142.5mAh/g,循环30次后,容量衰减只有2.5%,分析了不同碳源对目标材料性能影响的原因。
