【期刊论文】V205掺杂对TiO2纳米复合薄膜性能的影响

摘要

采用溶胶一凝胶技术,以钛酸丁酯Ti(0c4H2)、v2O5粉末为原材料制备了纳米结构的Ti呸。v2O5复合薄膜。使用XRD、AFM、UV-ⅥS-NIR分光光度计等方法研究了v2O5对TiO2纳米复合薄膜性能的影响。实验结果表明:v20s掺杂使复合薄膜表面颗粒尺寸增加,但仍具有纳米孔洞结构;随v205含量的增加,TiO2晶相由锐钛矿向金红石的转变率大大提高,使金红石完全转变温度降低了200℃左右;复合薄膜在紫外区域的吸收显著增强,吸收边缘发生了红移。复合薄膜定域态宽度随v2ck含量的增加而增加;光学带隙随v2O5的含量增加而减小。

摘要

When designing a cut-off interference filter, extra layers are needed to add on each side of periodicsymmetrical multilayer to match the incident medium and the substrate. In this paper, we use sol-gel film withadjustable refractive index as the match layer. The influence of the refractive index and thickness of the matchlayer on the film system is discussed in detail. As an example, a special filter which is transparent (>80%) at thewavelength 3-5μm and high reflective (>90%) at the wavelength 1.3μm is designed. Finally a series of optimizedfilm parameters are presented. The whole design process is a good reference to the other multilayer special filtermade by sol-gel process.

【期刊论文】SiO2气凝胶薄膜常压制备与强化研究*

摘要

采用溶胶-凝胶技术,结合碱性催化和低表面张力溶剂交换以及非活性C地基团置换修饰,在常压条件下成功 地制备了孔隙率为77%、折射率为112纳米多孔SiO2气凝胶薄膜采用氨和水蒸气混合气体热处理技术提高薄膜 的耐磨性、附着力等力学特性使用透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)分别观察了溶胶的颗粒结构和薄膜表面形貌 应用傅里叶转换红外光谱仪(FTIR)研究了薄膜经表面基团修饰前后的红外吸收光谱以及后处理对薄膜红外蛐(TO2)吸收峰位置和半宽度的影响采用椭偏仪测量薄膜的厚度和折射率耐摩擦和附着力测试表明:混合气体热 处理显著地增强了SiO2气凝胶薄膜纳米结构薄膜结构增强归因于混合气体热处理产生的s-01颗粒司更多的S-0-Si键连接。

摘要

Scratch-resistance of sol-gel derived nano porous silica films were studied. The thin films were preparedwith a dip-coating method from both one-step and two-step catalyzed silica sols, and treated in a mixture gas ofammonia andwater vapour afterwards. The thin films were characterized by using Atomic Force Microscope (AFM), ellipsometer, Fourier-transform Infrared Spectroscope (FTIR), respectively. Experimental results have shown thatthe two-step catalysis remarkably improves strength of the films, and abrasion-resistance and adhesion of the silicafilms were further increased after the mixture gas treatment. It is attributed to the cross-linking of silica particlesin the sols by randomly branched or/and entangled linear chains and more Si O Si bonds formed by the mixturegas treatment.

摘要

Sol-gel process is one of the simplest techniques to manufacture thin films. The quality of the prepared films depends on the parameters of the sol-gei process and the used technique for deposition. A great variety of the sol-gel derived films have been prepared for different applications. We present a review on the sol-gel derived coatings. The description of the process is introduced in details. Different sol-gel deposition techniques are mentioned. The optical applications of the sol-gel derived coatings are reviewed.
