摘要

The kinetic theory of the electron eyclotron resonance maser is given in this paper with the apace charge effect and non-resonance eyelotron harrnonica taken into consideration.， The dispersion equations have been calculsted using a digital corn.， Puter and the influence of these footors are discussed in detail.，
