Electromagnetorheological (EMR) fluids containing CuPc-Fe3O4 nanopareticles comiposite were prepared and their properties were studied. The results show that ∆τ of this kind of EMR fluids increases with the increments of applied electric field, magnetic field and volume fraction of the nanopanicles composite. ∆τhas an approximate linear relationship with y. When an electric and magnetic field are applied simultaneously, the EMR fluids have a symergistic effect. The EMR fluids have a good long-term stability.

The compatibility between a fiber optical sensor and concrete structure in the optic fiber smart concrete is studied. The methods of improving the compatibility are proposed based on theory analysing, and a novel fiber optical sensor was developed. The experimental results show that the novel structure of fiber optical sen-sor and the scheme of the protecting layer of epoxy resin bed composite not only enable the sensor to be applied in strict environment, but also can monitor the beginning propagation and breaking of concrete cracks. The results also indicate that the sensor will maintain its properties in the case of large deformation and that it has the high compatibility with concrete structure and can meet special needs of the intelligent materials and structure.

利用氢敏化处理的多模光纤制作了多模光纤光栅,并对多模光纤光栅的温度传感特性进行了实验研究与理论分析,表明这种光栅三个反射峰的布拉格波长随温度变化均呈现出良好的线性关系,并且重复性相当好,同一光栅的各反射峰的理论温度灵敏度系数都等于0.01nm/℃,实验测得的温度灵敏度系数为0.0098nm/℃或0.0099nm/℃,与理论分析相当吻合,这些特性与单模光纤光栅的温度传感特性接近相同。因此可以用多模光纤光栅代替单模光纤光栅开发光纤光栅传感器,以降低成本;这一实验结果还可以作为对多模光纤光栅进一步深入研究的参考。

Four sensing membranes based on fluorescence quenching were prepared by sol-gel method and CA membrane method, and the Ru (II) complexes, Ru (bpy) 3 Cl2 and Ru (phen) 3 Cl2, were used as the indicators. The results indicate that the volume fraction of oxygen φo2 have a linear relationship in large scale with tanφ0/tanφfor all of the sensing membranes. They have super properties such as excellent limit of detection, fast re sponse time and good reproducibility. The stability of the sensing membranes made by sol-gel method is better than those by CA membranes, but the uniformity of the latter is better than that of the former.
