摘要

目的:探讨烤瓷固定义齿基底支架的计算机辅助设计(CAD)路线,确定合适的三维CAD方法。方法:选取1例上颌第二前磨牙缺失患者,获取其工作模型的三维数据。基于临床设计原则,在逆向工程软件Surfacer1015平台中调用标准桥体数据,利用三维曲线、点云和曲面编辑工具,提取预备体边缘线和桥体龈面边界线,创建基底桥体空间形态和位置定位参考线,分别创建固位体基底冠轴面部分、肩台部分、桥体龈面和轴面,创建连接区、连接体轴线及连接体曲面。结果:完成1例后牙3单位烤瓷固定义齿基底支架的CAD,设计出的修复体形态合理、表面光滑、边缘密合。结论:本项研究的设计路线可行,结果具有一定的理论和实践意义,为国产口腔修复体计算机辅助设计与计算机辅助制作(CAD-CAM)系统的完善,提供了技术方法的参考。

摘要

A new method to realize stable and realistic cutting simulation using an impedance display haptic device and microcomputer is presented in this paper Material removal or cutting simulation is a critical task in dental preparation surgery simulation ln this paper, a piecewise contact force model is proposed to approximately describe the cutting process Challenging issues of minimizing the difference between the cutting simulation and haptic contact simulation are analyzed The proposed contact-based simulation method is developed for a one-dimensional cutting task and can be expanded to three-dimensional cases Local model-based multirate simulation cutting a rchitecture is proposed and force control of the haptic device is decoupled from the cutting simulation loop, which can both ensure high fidelity of dynamical simulation as well as maintain stability of the haptic device The cutting operation is realized using spherical and cylindrical shaped tools An experiment based on the Phantom desktop proves that fidelity in one-dimensional cutting can be realized and stability in three-dimensional cutting can be ensured using the force-tiltedna method.

摘要

目的:运用逆向工程软件进行嵌体计算机辅助设计(CAD),探讨符合生理要求的嵌体面与邻面的CAD方法,为嵌体专用CAD平台的开发提供方法学基础。方法:取一个别正常自愿者牙颌超硬石膏模型,在模型上牙体预备G1V1 BlackⅠ类洞、Ⅱ类洞、Ⅵ类(MOD)洞嵌体洞型,以牙科自凝树脂取牙尖交错位(ICP)记录与模拟功能性记录(FGP)。在同一坐标系下采集预备体、邻牙及 记录数字印模。运用逆向工程软件进行数据处理,同时结合标准牙数据库完成CAD。结果:在逆向工程软件基础上确立了嵌体CAD的技术路线,CAD完成后的各类型后牙嵌体形态协调美观,表面光滑,咬合及邻接关系符合生理要求。结论:基于通用逆向工程软件二次开发构建的嵌体CAD专用平台,是一种可行的方法。

摘要

Although many medical robots such as surgical robots and nurse robots were developed, very few robots have been introduced in the field of oral restoration. especially in complete denture manufacturing. Until now. complete denture manufacturing has been manual, with low quality and low effectiveness A robotic system for complete denture manufacturing, which ciln realize automaticim planting of artificial teeth, is described in this paper. The tooth arrangement algorithm is presented, includingthe equationsofjaw-arch curve andteeth-arch curve, setup ofasingle tooth coordinate system and calculation of tooth position in teeth. arch curve. An expert system software is developed that integrates high-level dentist experiences and dexterous technician skills. Three-di-mensional (3-D) display of tooth arrangement, human-computer interactive adjusVment of tooth position and orientation in teeth-arch curve are achieved. Robot path planning and control data creation are realized by this stmware also. Finally,an experiment of complete denture manufacturing is made for a patient. a pair of complete dentures is obtained. and the results are analyzed. This robotic system is expected to change the manner of complete denture manufacturing wholly,and significantly improve product quality and manufactullng effidency.
