基于结构方程模型探究大学生抑郁症状的影响因素

摘要:目的 探究大学生抑郁症状的影响因素,构建大学生领悟社会支持、家庭功能、学业倦怠与抑郁症状之间的结构方程模型,为大学生心理健康教育工作指明重点方向。方法 2022年2~3月在北京中医药大学和平街校区、良乡校区和望京校区随机抽取共1300名大学生,根据流调中心用抑郁量表结合《精神疾病诊断与统计手册》(第五版)临床结构式访谈,筛选出有抑郁症状大学生481人。收集学生抑郁症状、家庭功能、学业倦怠及领悟社会支持等信息,采用结构方程模型对数据进行分析,探讨大学生抑郁症状的影响因素及其相互之间的作用机制。结果 领悟社会支持与学业倦怠 (r=-0.303,P<0.01)及抑郁症状(r=-0.443 ,P<0.01)均呈现负相关,家庭功能与学业倦怠 (r=-0.297,P<0.01)及抑郁症状(r=-0.419 ,P<0.01)均呈现负相关,学业倦怠与抑郁症状之间呈现正相关(r=0.593,P<0.01)。使用各个维度的均分构建领悟社会支持、家庭功能、学业倦怠、抑郁症状的测量模型,模型与数据拟合良好(Chi-square/df=2.096,CFI=0.971,RMSEA=0.039,SRMR=0.033)。分析结构方程模型结果发现学业倦怠在领悟社会支持与抑郁症状之间呈部分中介作用(P<0.01),学业倦怠在家庭功能与抑郁症状之间呈部分中介作用(P<0.01)。结论 领悟社会支持、家庭功能、学业倦怠可能是抑郁症状的影响因素。领悟社会支持降低和家庭功能降低可能会通过导致学业倦怠增加,间接导致抑郁症状的发生增加。通过提高大学生的领悟社会支持和家庭功能以及减少学业倦怠,有利于减少大学生抑郁症状的发生。

Structural Equation Model was Used to Explore the Influencing Factors of Depressive Symptoms in College Students
Abstract:Objective To explore the influencing factors of college students\' depressive symptoms, construct a structural equation model among perceived social support, family function, academic burnout and depressive symptoms of college students, and point out the key direction for college students\' mental health education. Method A total of 1300 college students were randomly selected from Heping Street, Liangxiang and Wangjing campuses of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from February to March in 2022. According to the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression scale(CES-D)combined with clinical structured interviews in Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders(DSM-Ⅴ), 481 college students with depressive symptoms were screened out. The information of depressive symptoms, family function, academic burnout and perceived social support were collected. Structural equation model was used to analyze the data, and the influencing factors of depressive symptoms and their interaction mechanism were discussed. Results Perceived social support was negatively correlated with academic burnout (r=-0.303, P<0.01) and depressive symptoms (r=-0.443, P< 0.01). Family function was negatively correlated with academic burnout (r =-0.297, P < 0.01) and depressive symptoms (r =-0.419, P < 0.01). There was a positive correlation between academic burnout and depressive symptoms (r=0.593, P < 0.01). The average score of each dimension was used to construct a measurement model for perceived social support, family function, academic burnout, and depressive symptoms. The model fitted well with the data (Chi-Square/df =2.096, CFI=0.971, RMSEA=0.039, SRMR=0.033). The results of structural equation model showed that academic burnout partially mediated the relationship between perceived social support and depressive symptoms (P< 0.01), and academic burnout partially mediated the relationship between family function and depressive symptoms (P<0.01). Conclusion Perceived social support, family function and academic burnout may be the influencing factors of depressive symptoms. Reduced perceived social support and family function may indirectly lead to an increase in depressive symptoms through increased academic burnout. By improving college students\' perceived social support and family function and reducing academic burnout, it is beneficial to reduce the occurrence of depression symptoms in college students.
