高温锂热管故障工况传热特性研究

摘要:高温锂热管故障工况下传热特性对热管反应堆的设计和安全有着重要的价值。利用COMSOL软件对单根高温锂热管进行建模计算,对故障工况下热管的温度变化进行了计算分析。分别计算了当冷凝段对流传热系数、冷流体温度和输入功率变化时,高温锂热管蒸发段和冷凝段的温度变化。根据计算结果,热管温度随三种参数的改变而发生线性变化,其中冷流体温度对热管温度变化的影响最小。故障工况下,热管最高温度会达到1900K,设计热管时需要选用足够耐高温的材料。

Study on heat transfer of lithium heat pipe under fault condition
Abstract:The heat transfer characteristics of high temperature lithium heat pipe under fault conditions are of great value to the design and safety of heat pipe reactors. The COMSOL software is used to model and calculate a single high-temperature lithium heat pipe, and the temperature change of the heat pipe under fault condition is calculated and analyzed. The temperature changes of evaporation section and condensation section of high temperature lithium heat pipe are calculated when the convective heat transfer coefficient, cold fluid temperature and input power of the condensation section change. According to the calculation results, the heat pipe temperature changes linearly with the change of three parameters, and the cold fluid temperature has the least influence on the heat pipe temperature change. Under the fault condition, the maximum temperature of the heat pipe will reach 1900K, and the heat pipe needs to be designed with enough high-temperature resistant materials.
