基于均衡认知负荷理论的VR数字博物馆界面设计方法研究

摘要:随着VR技术的不断成熟,元宇宙概念兴起,博物馆也紧跟潮流,推出了线上VR博物馆。这些博物馆不但具有线下博物馆的功能,还使得用户可以足不出户在家"云观展"。但由于VR在博物馆上的应用探索时间短,现有的VR博物馆存在空间信息量大、交互方式单一等问题,导致用户认知负荷的失衡。本文从认知心理学角度出发,通过用户体验与访谈统计分析VR数字博物馆中的认知负荷问题,并依据均衡认知负荷理论探讨VR数字博物馆界面设计的原则和方法。

Research on VR Digital Museum Interface Design Method based on Balanced cognitive load theory
Abstract:As VR technology continues to mature and the concept of the metaverse rises, museums have followed the trend and launched online VR museums. These museums not only function as offline museums, but also allow users to "view exhibitions in the cloud" without leaving their homes. However, due to the short exploration time of VR application in museums, existing VR museums have problems such as large amount of space information and single interaction mode, which leads to the imbalance of users\' cognitive load. From the perspective of cognitive psychology, this paper analyzes the cognitive load in VR digital museum through user experience and interview statistics, and discusses the principles and methods of VR digital museum interface design based on the theory of balanced cognitive load.
