摘要:本论文旨在设计一种基于地理信息系统(GIS)的石化企业应急指挥系统,以提高石化企业应对突发事件的能力和效率。首先,通过对石化企业应急管理的现状和问题进行分析,确定了设计该系统的必要性和重要性。然后,结合GIS技术的特点和应用优势,提出了系统的设计原则和功能要求。在系统设计过程中,采用了数据采集、数据处理、应急响应和信息展示等模块,实现了对石化企业内部和周边环境的实时监测和分析,以及应急资源的调度和路径规划。最后,通过对系统的实际应用和效果进行评估,验证了系统的可行性和有效性。本研究为石化企业应急管理提供了一种新的思路和方法,具有一定的实际应用价值。

Design of Emergency Command System for Petrochemical Enterprises Based on GIS
Abstract:This paper aims to design an emergency command system for petrochemical enterprises based on Geographic Information System (GIS), in order to improve the ability and efficiency of petrochemical enterprises to respond to emergencies. Firstly, by analyzing the current situation and problems of emergency management in petrochemical enterprises, the necessity and importance of designing this system were determined. Then, based on the characteristics and application advantages of GIS technology, the design principles and functional requirements of the system were proposed. In the system design process, modules such as data collection, data processing, emergency response, and information display were adopted to achieve real-time monitoring and analysis of the internal and surrounding environment of petrochemical enterprises, as well as scheduling and path planning of emergency resources. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the system were verified by evaluating its practical application and effectiveness. This study provides a new approach and method for emergency management in petrochemical enterprises, which has certain practical application value.
