点按法的力学参数及作用机理研究概述

摘要:推拿学属传统中医学的重要分支,按法是其代表手法。随着现当代测量仪器的研制创新,各类推拿手法的运动学和动力学参数的研究有所增加,但现行推拿学相关教材仍以持久、有力、均匀、柔和、渗透五方面来概括手法的施术要求,该描述不具备客观定量衡量标准,容易造成不同人对这一要求的理解产生差异。近年与点按法参数相关的研究主要包含两方面,一是对于其作用力、发力速度、用力方向、持续时间等参数的比较、测定,二是观察了不同手法参数方案组合与机体产生的治疗作用之间的量效关系。通过梳理推拿点按手法的相关文献,对点按的力学参数和作用机理进行归纳、分析,探讨现代手法实验研究存在的局限,以期进一步为点按等推拿手法的量化、标准化引出新思路。

Overview of mechanical parameters and action mechanisms of acupuncture-pressing method
Abstract: Tuina, an important branch of traditional Chinese medicine, uses pressing and manipulation as its representative techniques. With the development and innovation of modern measuring instruments, the research on the kinematics and dynamic parameters of various Tuina manipulation methods has increased. However, the current teaching materials of Tuina still use the five aspects of persistence, strength, uniformity, tenderness, and penetration to summarize the requirements for manipulation methods. This description does not have objective quantitative measurement standards, which can easily lead to differences in understanding of this requirement among different people. In recent years, research related to the parameters of pressing and manipulation mainly includes two aspects. One is the comparison and determination of parameters such as force, force velocity, direction of force application, and duration. The other is to observe the quantitative relationship between different manipulation parameter combinations and the therapeutic effect produced by the body. This article reviews the relevant literature on pressing and manipulating techniques and analyzes its mechanical parameters and action mechanism. It explores the limitations of modern experimental research on manipulation techniques in order to further develop new ideas for quantifying and standardizing pressing and other manipulation techniques.
