摘要:消费品召回基于DEMATEL-ISM的消费品召回影响因素分析的影响因素目前很难通过定量的方法权衡并做出选择,针对消费品召回效果影响因素难以量化分析的问题,构建一种基于决策实验分析法和解释结构模型(DEMATEL-ISM)的分析框架。通过收集专家知识确定生产者、消费者和监管机构3类影响消费品召回效果的因素,实现影响因素的层次划分,进而分析各个因素的影响力的大小、重要程度及彼此之间的关联。结果表明,召回方式便捷性是决定性因素;生产者时间成本、消费者的满意度、事件调查、通知或报告的时效性、生产者经济成本以及社会影响是影响消费品召回的直接因素,在召回工作实施过程中应重点考虑上述因素。研究方法和结果为消费品召回制定合理方案及提升召回效率提供了决策支持。

Analysis of influencing factors of consumer product recall based on DEMATEL-ISM
Abstract:Weighing options and making decisions with quantitative approaches is challenging right now. DEMATEL-ISM, an analytical framework based on decision experimental analysis and interpretive structural model, is created to address the issue of how difficult it is to quantify the elements determining the effect of consumer product recall. After the hierarchy of influencing factors was realized, the influence size, importance, and correlation of each factor were examined. Three types of factors-producers, consumers, and regulators-affecting the effect of consumer product recall were identified through the collection of expert knowledge.The convenience of the recall method is found to be the most important factor. When implementing a recall, it is important to consider the following direct factors that affect consumer product recall: producer time cost, consumer satisfaction, timeliness of incident investigation, notification or report, producer economic cost, and social impact. Decision assistance for rational planning and enhanced memory efficiency is offered by the study methodologies and findings.
