大体积混凝土墙体温度应力的半解析法

摘要:为了控制大体积混凝土墙体在浇筑后产生的温度应力,确保结构的功能性和耐久性不会受到影响,利用在ABAQUS中自开发的数值模型,通过与试验数据对比确保模型计算的准确性后,对大体积混凝土墙体展开了参数分析,分析内容包括墙体长高比、墙体厚度、温度差、地基刚度和徐变,并根据分析数据给出了墙体温度应力的半解析计算公式。结果表明:墙体温度应力与徐变呈负相关关系,与墙体的尺寸和温度差呈正相关关系,且墙体越长,温度应力增加的速度就越慢;半解析公式计算结果的平均误差不超过6%,可为工程设计提供指导。

Semi-analytical method for calculating temperature stresses in massive concrete wall
Abstract:the aim of this work lies mainly in the control over the temperature stresses generated in the massive concrete wall after casting as well as ensuring that the safety and durability of the structure would not be affected. Self-developed numerical model in ABAQUS, whose accuracy has been proved by comparing with the experimental data, were used to conduct the parametric analysis in massive concrete walls. The analyzed parameters include the wall aspect ratio, wall thickness, temperature difference, subsoil stiffness and creep, and a semi-analytic formula for calculating the wall temperature stresses was proposed based on the analyzed data. The results show that the temperature stresses of the wall are negatively correlated with the creep while positively correlated with the size and temperature difference of the wall. The longer the wall is, the slower the temperature stress increases will be. The semi-analytical formula calculation results exhibit an average error of less than 5%, which can provide guidance for engineering design.
