生鲜多产品联合补货与无人机协同配送研究

摘要:随着我国社会经济的发展,人们对生鲜产品的安全性和新鲜度的要求逐渐增长。由于生鲜产品具有易腐性,需在补货和配送环节进行保鲜管理,在配送环节,传统的车辆配送可能无法灵活应对,而无人机配送具有较高的灵活性和便捷性,能更好的满足客户需求。基于此,本文研究了生鲜多产品联合补货与无人机配送的协同优化模型,并针对性设计改进的智能优化算法对模型进行求解。首先,分析了生鲜产品的非立即变质特征,考虑变质前补货与变质后补货两种情形,在配送环节设计了车辆与无人机并行配送,建立了生鲜多产品联合补货与无人机协同配送模型。接着,针对联合补货与协同配送 (Joint Replenishment and Delivery,JRD)问题是个NP-hard难题,本研究设计了改进的海洋捕食者算法以适应求解该模型,使得系统总成本最小。实验结果表明,同时使用车辆和无人机进行并行配送能够使成本更低;且通过对算法的改进和优化,模型的求解精度和搜索能力明显超越了标准算法以及比较的三个元启发式算法,突显了本文所提出算法的高效性。本研究充分展示了提出的IMPA算法在优化生鲜多产品JRD问题的潜力和可行性,丰富了生鲜产品联合补货与协同配送研究,为生鲜企业进行多产品补货与配送协同提供了参考。

Research on Joint Replenishment of Fresh Products and UAV Collaborative Delivery
Abstract:With the development of China\'s social economy, people\'s demands for the safety and freshness of fresh products are gradually increasing. Due to the perishability of fresh products, preservation management needs to be carried out during replenishment and delivery. Traditional vehicle delivery may not be flexible in the delivery process, while drone delivery has high flexibility and convenience, which can better meet customer needs. Based on this, this article studies the collaborative optimization model of joint replenishment of fresh multiple products and unmanned aerial vehicle delivery, and designs an improved intelligent optimization algorithm to solve the model. Firstly, the non immediate spoilage characteristics of fresh products were analyzed, and two scenarios were considered: replenishment before spoilage and replenishment after spoilage. Parallel distribution between vehicles and drones was designed in the distribution process, and a joint replenishment and drone collaborative distribution model for multiple fresh products was established. Furthermore, in response to the NP hard problem of Joint Replenishment and Delivery (JRD), this study designed an improved ocean predator algorithm to adapt to solving the model and minimize the total system cost. The experimental results show that using vehicles and drones for parallel distribution can lower costs; Moreover, through the improvement and optimization of the algorithm, the solution accuracy and search ability of the model have significantly surpassed the standard algorithm and the three metaheuristic algorithms compared, highlighting the efficiency of the algorithm proposed in this paper. This study fully demonstrates the potential and feasibility of the proposed IMPA algorithm in optimizing the fresh multi product JRD problem, enriches the research on joint replenishment and collaborative delivery of fresh products, and provides a reference for fresh enterprises to carry out multi product replenishment and delivery collaboration.
