三电平Buck-Boost模式切换与均压控制研究

摘要:飞跨电容型三电平Buck-Boost变换器为研究对象,为解决其存在的电压增益死区、传统过渡模式开关损耗大、飞跨电容动态均压与解耦控制等问题,提出基于有限状态机的模式切换策略;为降低系统对参数和负载变化的敏感性,减小稳态误差,提出引入电流控制的积分滑模控制策略来实现输出电压稳定。通过仿真和实验验证该控制策略的可行性。

Buck-Boost mode switching and voltage equalization control
Abstract:In order to solve the problems of voltage gain dead zone, high loss of traditional transition mode switching, dynamic voltage balancing and decoupling control, a mode switching strategy based on finite state machine is proposed. In order to reduce the sensitivity of the system to the change of parameters and load and to reduce the steady-state error, an integral sliding mode control strategy with current control is proposed to stabilize the output voltage. The feasibility of the control strategy is verified by simulation and experiment
