信息与通信技术赋能智慧交通碳减排量化测算研究

摘要:随着数字技术在中国的普及,我国交通行业从追求规模速度向追求质量与效益方向转变,交通行业低碳转型也成为社会大众重点关注的领域。信息与通信技术作为智慧交通实现的核心技术在智慧交通的研发与应用中都发挥着重要作用,低碳交通解决方案也在信息与通信技术的支持下完成了规模化落地。已有的信息技术与智慧交通碳减排的研究大多关注信息通信技术赋能交通实现碳减排的途径,尚未有针对中国智慧交通碳减排领域的量化测算研究。本文对中国两家电信运营商企业在智慧交通领域的解决方案进行了调研访谈,量化测算了其碳减排潜力,为电信运营商赋能智慧交通实现碳减排的业务布局提供参考。

Research on Calculation of Carbon Emission Reduction in Transportation Enabled by Information and Communication Technology
Abstract:With the popularization of digital technology in China, the transportation industry has shifted from pursuing scale and speed to pursuing quality and efficiency. The low-carbon transformation of the transportation industry has also become a key area of concern for the general public. Information and communication technology, as the core technology for implementing smart transportation, plays an important role in the research and application of smart transportation. Low carbon transportation solutions have also been implemented on a large scale with the support of information and communication technology. The existing research on information technology and carbon reduction in smart transportation mostly focuses on the pathways analysis of information and communication technology enabling transportation, and there is no quantitative measurement research on carbon reduction in Chinese smart transportation field. This article conducts research and interviews on the solutions of two Chinese telecommunication operators in the field of smart transportation, quantitatively calculates their carbon reduction potential, and provides reference for telecommunication operators to empower the business layout of smart transportation.
