平衡式功率放大器设计

摘要:随着无线通信技术的快速发展,无线通信距离增大,信号带宽变宽,调制方式也愈加复杂,高性能的射频微波器件获得广泛关注,功率放大器作为无线通信系统中发射机的核心部件,其性能的优劣将直接影响通信系统信号的传输质量,这对功率放大器的输出功率,工作带宽及功率回退时的效率提出了更高的要求。本文利用威尔金森功分器插入损耗小,对于端口隔离性能好的特点,并与四分之一阻抗变换网络相结合,设计了一款960MHz-1215MHz平衡式功率放大器,改善了功率放大器的非线性失真现象,增益达到16dB,效率达到55%。

The design of balanced power amplifier
Abstract:With the rapid development of wireless communication technology, the wireless communication distance increases, the signal bandwidth widens, and the modulation mode becomes more complex. High-performance RF and microwave devices have gained widespread attention. As the core component of the transmitter in the wireless communication system, the performance of power amplifier will directly affect the transmission quality of the signal of the communication system. The working bandwidth and the efficiency of power rollback put forward higher requirements. In this paper, a balanced power amplifier is designed by using the Wilkinson power splitter with low insertion loss and good isolation performance for ports. The nonlinear distortion of the amplifier is improved, and the gain and efficiency are mentioned.
