大掺量温拌再生沥青混合料路用性能研究

摘要:为了提高沥青路面回收料(reclaimed asphalt pavement,RAP)掺量,解决热再生混合料拌和温度过高的问题,针对大掺量温拌再生技术开发专用温拌再生剂,对温拌再生沥青性能进行分析;基于和易性一致原则提出大比例温拌再生温度控制工艺设计,完成大比例温拌再生混合料配合比设计,并开展温拌再生混合料综合路用性能分析。结果表明,开发的大比例温拌再生剂具备良好的再生效果,可以实现在降低20 ℃条件下完成拌和及压实,路用性能检验高低温性能变化、水稳定性变化及动态模量变化,均能达到普通热拌沥青混合料路用性能效果。提出的温拌再生剂及大比例温拌再生混合料设计方法为道路固废资源化利用提供了有效的工程应用参考。

Study on road performance of high-RAP warm-mix recycled asphalt mixture
Abstract:To increase the content of reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) in asphalt pavement and address the issue of high mixing temperature in hot recycling mixtures, a special warm-mix recycling agent is developed for high-content warm-mix recycling technology, and the performance of warm-mix recycled asphalt is analyzed. Based on the principle of consistency with workability, a temperature control process design for high-content warm-mix recycling is proposed, the mix proportion design of high-content warm-mix recycled mixtures is completed, and comprehensive road performance analysis of warm-mix recycled mixtures is conducted. The results show that the developed high-content warm-mix recycling agent has good recycling effect and can achieve mixing and compaction under conditions of 20 C reduction. The changes in high and low temperature performance, water stability, and dynamic modulus of warm-mix recycled mixtures can all achieve the same road performance effects as ordinary hot-mix asphalt mixtures. The proposed warm-mix recycling agent and high-content warm-mix recycling mixture design method provide effective engineering application references for the utilization of road solid waste resources.
