摘要:由于无人机的高移动性,将其应用在应急通信系统中是很有前景的选择。本文研究了多个无人机辅助应急通信场景中的信息年龄与能量优化问题,系统由两架无人机、多个地面设备和一个指挥中心组成,一架无人机作为空中中继,将数据传输到指挥中心,一架无人机对地面设备进行无线充电。通过对多无人机的飞行轨迹、地面设备的调度以及发射功率进行优化,实现数据的信息年龄最小化、能量传递效果最佳。将优化问题转换为马尔可夫决策过程,然后通过多智能体强化学习算法求解最优策略。仿真结果验证了MAD3QN的收敛性以及优化方案的有效性,在保证降低系统的信息年龄的同时增强了能量传递。

The Optimization of AoI and Energy for Multi-UAV Assisted Communication System
Abstract:Due to the high mobility of UAV, it is a promising option to use in emergency communication system.The Age ofInformation (AoI) and energy optimisation problem in multiple UAV-assisted emergency communication scenario is studied in this paper. The system consists of two UAVs, multiple ground devices and a command centre, with one UAV acting as a flying relay and transmitting data to the command centre, and one UAV wirelessly charging the ground devices. By optimising the flight trajectories of the UAVs, the scheduling of the ground devices, and the transmit power, we achieve the minimum AoI of the data, the optimal energy transmission. The optimisation problem is converted into a Markov Decision Process (MDP), and then the optimal strategy is solved by a multi-agentdeep reinforcement learning algorithm. Simulation results demonstrate the convergence of the MAD3QN and the effectiveness of the optimisation scheme, which ensures the reduction of the AoI of the system while enhancing the energy transmission.
