The conceptual framework is highest level for sustainable development, the principles for mine environmental geotechnology is the middle level and the certain technologies or methods focused on a certain problem in the process of production are the lower level. Four important principles are posed for mine environmental geotechnology, i.e., high ratio of matter and energy circulation, rational structure and function of mine production, the evolution of mine ecosystem, particle-energy-field theory. The key factors, which affect the sustainable development of mining industry, are discussed in this paper In accordance with three principles, a case study on the analysis of mine environmental geo-technologies is introduced in which multi- industry to form rational structure and function, treatment of mining wastes, land reclamation to promote the reciprocity of soil and water are analyzed.
