Irradiation Processing Technique and Stress-Induced Reactions Adopted for Making High Performance Polymers from Commodity Polymers

The effect of UV light electron beam, g-ray irradiation as well as ultrasonic irradiation, high speed stirring and vibro, jet or pan-milling on structure and change in properties of commodity polymers were studied in hopes of gaining an innovative route to enhance their properties and bringing them possessing the properties possessed by some engineering plastics.
