在工程风险评价的失效可能性计算中，故障树重要度分析是一项重要技术。它经常遇到许多不确定，不完整的因素。采用粗糙集理论对这些不确定、不完整的数据进行处理与分析，并通过埋地燃气管道的外腐蚀故障树重要度分析的实例，阐述了粗糙集理论的概念、原理、方法和应用。结果表明，粗糙集理论是一种完全基于客观的综合重要度分析方法，在工程上具有实用意义。

摘要

For the leakage of high pressure air coler tubes caused by corrosion, the effect of hydrodynamic erosion on corrosion process is analyzed by. CFD simulation. Simulated is the actual flow of high pressure air cooler tubes in the hydrocracking unit of a petrochemical and SIMPLEC method are adopted. The numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the К-εturbulence model and SIMPLEC method are adopted. The numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the inspection results of tubes. Furthermore, the flow characteristic in air cooler tubes with different lining tube structure is studied, which would provide helpful information for the improvement of air cooler tubes.

摘要

不同的Cr-Mo钢管之间的焊接接头在高温下长期服役，会发生碳从低Cr钢侧向高Cr钢侧迁移的所谓碳迁移现象，以致在焊接接头中形成脱碳区。脱碳区的存在影响了焊接接头的性能和寿命。对某加热炉中9CrlMo和1.25Cr 0.5Mo钢焊接接头出现的碳迁移现象开展研究，并进行了加速试验，探讨了不同Cr-Mo钢管之间的焊接接头因碳迁移而产生的脱碳层宽度与服役温度和时间的关系。

摘要

Four different topics for high-temperature components, namely the development of the assessment codes for the structural integrity of high-temperature components, the application of continuous damage mechanics and probabilistic damage mode on the life assessment of high-temperature components, the life extension for high-temperature components and a proposed strategy for remanufacturing of high-temperature components were discussed in this paper. These topics should provide some important insights for the design and re-design of high-temperature components.
