内积型和卷积型小波变换是小波变换的两种定义形式,由于其迭代算法不同,因而对同一信号有不同的处理效果。以对一个轴承振动信号的处理为例,详细分析了这两种小波变换形式的频带分离效果和对信号中故障特征的提取效果,结果表明,卷积型小波变换对信号的处理效果要优于内积型,不仅其频带分离效果比内积型优越,而且它所提取的故障特征信息也比内积型小波变换要明显得多。最后对比较结果从理论上给予了解释。

针对多样性多变性产品生产的需要,结合企业集群发展的现状,提出了企业虚拟化和企业集群化相结合的产品族型集群制造系统(PFMS);建立了 PFMS 的结构模型;分析了PFMS 中制造资源开放利用和同构竞争选择机制及其并行生产、并行创新的运行方式;研究了面向 PFMS 的模块化技术以及运用这些模块化技术促进企业集群进化升级的方法;并将PFMS的理论和技术应用于东莞长安模具专业镇建设。

In this article, the micro-topography and texture characteristics of machined surface under the condition of high speed cutting are analyzed based on experimental observation. The forming process of machined surface and cause of the appearance are also discussed. The experimental results show that furrow and ridges, surface white layer and molten metal daub by the feed motion of cutting tool are found on machined surface due to the effect of high cutting temperature and rotating of workpiece in high speed turning process.

The forming process of serrated chip in high speed cutting for steel is analyzed based on experimental observation. The cause of serrated chip forming in high speed cutting process is the multiple effects of high cutting heat and strain rate. The shear deformation is concentrated in a narrow band and results in a shear localization. In this article, the forming mechanism of serrated chip is analyzed in accordance with the SEM photograph and metallographics got from experiment.

The analysis on load characteristics and stress state of bearing races shows that the roll path and outside layer of a bearing race are the main part to bear the load, and that residual tensile stress is often found on workpiece surface. For the purpose of improving residual stress state on machined surface of a bearing race, a method of pre-stress hard cutting is put forward. In this paper, the principle of pre-stress cutting is introduced, and method of loading stress on bearing races, together with the calculation for pre-stress, is analyzed. A set of device with expanding mandrel for realizing the process is designed too and an experiment of pre-stress cutting is carried out on a lathe with PCBN tool. The experimental results show that, by using this method, we can get residual compressive stress on machined surface layer of a bearing race and increase the quality and contact fatigue life of bearing.
