The first independent Te deposit discovered in China occurs at northern pfunging end of Dashuigou thermal dome (diupiric granite) in centrel part of Daduhe ductile shear xine. The deposit is represented by an assembtage of Te, Bi, Sc, Au, Ag and Cu, in which Te is a muin mineraling element. The orebody occurs as vein form, oblique to Triassic metamiorphic rocks, Studies of mineralogy, fluid indusion and stuble isotope geochemistry suggers that Te has been concentrated during the early period of mineralization, and mineraliaztion fluid may be related to bydrothermal solution from granitic magma and meteocic water is conequent upon the fluid in the late period of Au mineralization. Preliminary study suggests that Dashuigou deposit represents a type of independent mesothermal Te deposit, which is mostly retated to granitic bydrothermal origin.

The paleohydrogeologic condition and the tectonic stress field during the mineralization epoch of the Au (Cu) ore fluid in the bordering orogenic belt of Simao-Nanping basin reveal that the complicated paleohydrodynamic condition during the Devonian-Carboniferous period in the northern AUao-shan was favorable for the pre-enrichment of the mineral elements, and that the migration and the distribution of the groundwater were controlled by the tectonic stress field and driven by temperature and hydraulic gradients during the Yanshan-Himalayan movement epoch. Therefore, the determination of the low*pressure zone of the maximum principal stress is effective for the location of the Au deposits (ore spots).

Plant remnants replaced by bornite chalcopyrite and coveflive are described from Rongjing deposit, Sichuan Province, where at least chree stage have been depicted. Wood cell textures and textures reminiscent of wood leaves have thus been developed. Finally, an attempt was nade in order to clarify the organic matter related ore testures, in which both, sulghides and oxides can equally occur.
