摘要

The extraction of hydrogen peroxide by means of deionized water from anthraquinone working solution via anthraquinone process was carried out in a gas-agitated sieve plate extraction column. The effects of the superficial velocity of air, dispersed phase and continuous phase on the overall plate extraction efficiency have been investigated. The corrections for the prediction of the overall plate extraction efficiency were presented. The correction proposed to predict the overall plate extraction efficiency in the air, water, anthraquinone working solution three-phase system agreed satisfactory with experimental data with a maximum absolute deviation of 5.6%. A new design method for gas-liquid-liquid three-phase extractors is developed based on the multistage countercurrent extraction model. The calculated data by the model agreed well with experimental data and the average relative deviation was less than 10%. Moreover, the model was used to predict a gas-agitated sieve plate extraction column for industrial production of hydrogen peroxide. The results show that the plate numbers of gas-agitated sieve plate extraction column are 30-40% less than that of liquid-liquid sieve plate column.

摘要

A new working solution consisting of 2-pentylanthraquinone (PAQ) and 6-pentyl 1, 2, 3, 4-tetrahydroantraquinone (4HPAQ) was hydrogenated and then oxidized by O2 to produce H2O2. The oxidation reaction was conducted in a well-stirred batch reactor at 30~50℃ and 0.10~0.20MPa. By measuring the concentrations of generated H2O2 by iodometry, the intrinsic kinetics for the gas-liquid oxidation of 6-pentyl-1, 2, 3, 4-tetra-hydroanthacene-9, 10-diol (4HPAQH2, the only hydrogenated product in the hydrogenated working solution) with molecular oxygen were studied. An exponential model was employed to describe the reaction rate and the kinetic parameters were obtained. The results show that the reaction rate is 0.7 and 1.4 order in the concentration of 4HPAQH2 and oxygen pressure, respectively, and the activation energy for oxidation is 41.3kJ/mol.

摘要

以Cr(NO3)3为Cr源用水热法合成了Cr-AIPO4-5分子筛,并用CDE,FT-IR和CBH对分子筛进行了表征,结果表明,已进入到Cr-AIPO4-5分子筛骨架结构中;焙烧后分子筛样品的L酸中心和B酸中心数量均大幅度增加,Cr主要以Cr(V)形式存在,将分子筛样品用于催化H2O2氧化苯制苯酚反应,苯酚收率最高可达4.7%,选择性可达99.5%以上。非骨架Cr物种是导致H2O2无效分解和选择性下降的主要因素,而骨架Cr物种是反应的活性中心,提出了以骨架Cr过氧化物为中间物种的可能的反应机理,并用原位红外光谱初步验证了中间物种的存在。

摘要

Anthraquinone working solutions used in hydrogen peroxide manufacture were selected as the test system to investigate the flow pattern transition behavior of foaming system in the trickle bed reactor (TBR) with the method of measurement and analysis of the instantaneous pressure drop fluctuations. The boundaries and the corresponding flow map for the foaming system were established for TBR packed with different size particles. It was found that the size of particles shows significant effect on the flow regime distributions. A theoretical model proposed by Cheng and Yuan and an empirical correlation by Bartelmus and Janecki were used to predict boundaries of the flow pattern transition for anthraquinone working solutions. Comparison between estimation and experimental results showed that the predicted boundaries of Cheng and Yuan theoretical model are consistent with the observations in the present work.

【期刊论文】Prediction of Pulsation Frequency of Pulsing Flow in' Irickle Beds Based on Artificial Neural Network*

摘要

An extensive database (946 measurements) for the frequency of pulsing flow in trickle beds was established by collecting the experimental results published over past 30 years. A new correlation based on artificial neural network (ANN) to predict the pulsation frequency was developed. Seven dimensionless numbers (groups) employed in the proposed correlation were liquid and gas Reynolds, liquid Weber, liquid Eotvos, gas Froude, and gas Stokes numbers and a bed correction factor. The comparisons of performance reported in the of literature and present correlations show that ANN correlation is a significant improvement in predicting pulsation frequency with an solute relative error (AARE) of 10% and a standard deviation less than 18%
