以β'-CuZn 相为例分析了轧制应力作用下B2结构金属发生机械孪生的基本过程,并从力学和晶体结构的稳定性两个方面论证了B2结构金属的逆向机械孪生行为。结果表明,逆向孪生能保持B2结构不变,且在多晶轧制变形条件下的应变阻力最小。

A deformation model with the consideration on reaction stress between grains in polycrystalline aggregates is proposed, in order to solvethe problems of strain and stress incompatibility appearing in previous Sachs- and Taylor-type models. The corresponding simulation fortensile deformation indicates that the model predicts orientation evolutions similar to that made by Taylor assumption, while the attention toboth of the stress and strain compatibility has been given without cryptic fitting parameters. A 'hard' area, where no track of tensile directioncould run through, was predicted near <1 1 1> according to the simulation, which agrees with some experimental observations.

The influence of discrete texture components and combinations of them on the earing behavior of aluminium during cup drawingwas systematically investigated using the texture component crystal plasticity finite element method. Several common texturecomponents and their combinations were selected and the resulting ear profiles were calculated under consideration of texturechanges. The spherical scatter width of the components was also taken into account as an optimization parameter. The study revealsthat the ear height and profile can be minimized by an optimized combination of certain texture components including their scatterwidth. A solution for minimum earing of cup drawn aluminium was obtained for a combination of the S and the Cube texturecomponents with 15

The precipitation behavior of a high purity Fe-1.03 wt. %Cu alloy during ageing at 650 C has been investigated bytransmission electron microscopy. The microstructure andthe corresponding diffraction patterns of the {100}*,{110}* and {111}* reciprocal planes were analyzed. A metastablephase with a B2-like structure was observed, whichis quite different from the equilibrium copper phase shownin the Fe -Cu phase diagram. The formation mechanism ofthe B2-like structure is deduced based on the energeticpoint of view.
