工厂已能用SHS-离心法生产出均匀质量直径φ800mm的陶瓷内衬钢管。在SHS-重力法中,铝热反应主要受气相反应控制,首次用此法生产出直径φ273mm的陶瓷内衬弯管。(其余由郭补)

【期刊论文】Synthesis of nanosized tungsten powder

Nanosized tungsten powder was synthesized by means of different methods and conditions with nanosized WO3 powder; the powder and the intermediate products were characterized using XRD, SEM, TEM, B.E.T and SAXS(X-ray diffracto-spectrometer/Kratky small angle scattering goniometer). It has been shown that nanosized WO3 can be completely reduced to WO2 at 600℃ after 40min, and WO2 can be reduced to W at 700℃ after 90min, moreover, the mean size of W particles is less than 40nm. Furthermore, the process of WO3→WO2→W excelled that of WO3→W in getting stably nanosized tungsten powder with less grain size.

TiNi porous alloys were prepared as artificial bone by Self-propagation High-temperature Synthesis (SHS) in order to develop new bio-materials. The mixture of titanium and nickel powder was ignited under the atmosphere of argon gas. TiNi porous alloys with different microstructure were obtained by various ignition models such as preheating and heat explosion. SEM and XRD were used to analyses pore characteristics and phase structures of samples. The results show that SHS is a useful method to prepare TiNi porous alloys.

【期刊论文】Combustion Characteristics of Aluminium-Iron Oxide in SHS-Gravitational Process

The ceramic lined fine pipe, elbow and tapered pipe can be prepared by SHS-gravitational process. In order to get high quality of products, the combustion of aluminium-iron oxide thermite in this process must be under control. The effects of thermite filling density, hole in thermite and inclined angle of pipe on combustion rate were studied to direct to the controlling factor. It shows that the combustion rate decreases with the decrease of filling density. The thermite combusts downwards the pipe much more quickly if there are holes in the thermite. And the combustion rate increases with the increase of the inclined angle of pipe. The experiment results direct to the conclusion that the combustion of thermite is predominantly controlled by gas phase reaction, which appears due to the high temperature of the thermite combustion.
