本文对100例严重鼻衄患者的社会、心理因素进行了系统调查，结果表明，26%患者鼻衄的诱发与其精神状态有关；高龄、文化程度低尤易受影响；配合以心理治疗可获得一定疗效。在此基础上，提出了有关防治措施。

Temperature changes before and after aeupuneture st aeupoints on the face, back of hands, and fingertips were observed with Thermography. 15cases of ENT patients were tested. The results showthat acupuncture induces changes in acupoint temperature. At facial acnpoints the temperature mainly rises, and at fingertip acupoints it mainly drops. There are significant differences among the various acupoints and individuals. Differences in temperature changes between facial aeupoints and fingertip acupoints, and bwtween the "all rise group" (Temperature rises at all aeupoints) and "All drop group" (Temperature drops at all acupoints) of patients are of statistical significance. It is our opinion that using Thermography to determine changes in acupoint temperature is a useful and objective means in determining the effect of acupuncture and its mechanism. The method merits further exploration.

本文报道用5%鱼肝油酸钠出血点局部注射，治疗因遗传性出血性毛细血管扩张症引起的长期反复鼻出血患者8例，全部有效且其中显效率达50%。经透射电镜检查示治疗后病变血管周围胶原纤维明显增生，并就本法之优缺点、作用机理及注意点作了讨论。
