The photoelectric conversion of a novel Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) jilm consisting of 3.4.9.10-perylenetetracarboxylic diimides (PTCDI) and amphiphilic zinc phthalocyanine (AmZnPc) were investigated. The results show that the PTCDI molecules were embedded in the cavity between the long alkyl chains of AmZnPc in the monomolecular layer of LB film. Four kinds of reconstituted tobacco sheets were heated in a thermogravimetric analyzer in different atmospheres at the heating rate of 5 ◦C/min. The curves of thermogravimetry (TG), derivative thermogravimetry (DTG) and differential thermal analysis (DTA) of the reconstituted tobacco sheets were measured and compared. The profiles of the evolving product CO2 were also recorded by the thermogravimetric analyzer coupled to a Fourier transform infrared (TG-FTIR) spectrometer. The results of thermal analysis and the profiles of CO2 showed that the existence of O2 could strongly affect the thermal decomposition of the reconstituted tobacco sheets.

描述了含羧基活性官能团菁染料的合成,用红外光谱、紫外可见光谱和核磁共振波谱对其结构进行了表征。研究了这类染料在不同溶剂中的分子吸收光谱和荧光光谱,发现取代基和溶剂对染料的最大吸收波长有不同程度的影响。采用Nicol理论研究了此类化合物的溶剂效应,结果表明:此类化合物最大吸收峰的波数与函数f(n,e)存在良好的线性关系,最大吸收波长总体上随着溶剂折射率的增大发生红移。

菁染料的研究及应用已有100多年的历史,近年来,它们在生物方面的应用研究已取得一定的成果。本文就近几年菁染料及其衍生物在生物医疗方面的研究及进展情况加以综述,特别阐述了这类染料用作荧光探针在生物大分子标识以及作为光敏剂在光动力疗(PDT)中用于恶性肿瘤的诊断与治疗这两方面的研究进展。
