摘要

在材料、几何非线性接触问题原理上,通过对现有井下Y341-148型封隔器及其类似产品的相关研究,从系统的角度出发,建立了封隔器系统线性及非线性接触有限元分析模型,进一步完善了井下封隔器理论,并为开发井下封隔器工作行为仿真分析软件奠定了理论基础,具有较高的理论意义和实用价值。

摘要

The sucker rod production is widely used in oilfield development, and its work efficiency directly affects the cost and economic benefits of oilfield development. In the light of the systematic dynamics, this paper takes the sucker rod pumping system as the study case for the purpose of establishing the mechanical and mathematical models for describing behaviors of the pumping unit, the pump, the tubing string, the compound system and the corresponding simulation models. Moreover, making use of idea of modular programming, it gives the basis for developing the computer simulation software on working action of the sucker rod pumping system, which has powerful function, convenience for use and maintenance and high simulation precision and can simulate operating performance of the sucker rod pumping system under different operating conditions, different swabbing parameters and different system configurations, to provides new approaches and theoretical foundations for analyzing the operating performance of the sucker rod pumping system and improving the work efficiency of the rod pumping system, etc.

摘要

压缩天然气(CNG)汽车工业是一个新兴的产业,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。而CNG地下储气井的安全性是保证CNG加气站正常运行的关键。针对目前国内用于CNG汽车的高压地下储气井结构简单、施工工艺不规范、缺乏安全设施等实际问题,提出了改进现有储气井结构、施工工艺和研发储气井安全系统的技术思路,为减少城市环境污染,进一步推广CNG汽车的应用提供了技术支持和安全保障。

【期刊论文】A New Slim-hole Drill Bit

摘要

With exploration moving into deeper waters, deserts and plateaus, operators and contractors will continue to face complex technical and financial challenges. After various advantages of slim-hole drilling, especially great reduce of cost, are well known, slim-hole drilling has become an important technology and been applied extensively. However, existing three-cone bits and PDC bits can not satisfy the requirements of slim-hole drilling owing to limited structure and short life. So, Southwest Petroleum University (SWPU) has developed a new slim-hole bit, named disc one-cone bit, which combines one-cone bit with disc bit. This new bit will have expansive application prospect in deep drilling, ultradeep drilling and slim-hole drilling because of its less torsion, higher bottom-hole coverage coefficient and longer bearing life. During the development of new disc one-cone bit, it is very important to ascertain the arrangement and the structural size of disc tooth reasonably according to its rock-breaking mechanism. Ilowever, the factors to affect hit rock-breaking efficiency are more and restrict each other. If laboratory evneriment is named mil in rrcrareh n kind of new hit it will berlong period, much cost and only under very simplified conditions. Therefore, computer simulation has important technical and economic value during studying the new bit. This paper discusses rock-breaking mechanism and kinematics simulation researches of disc one-cone bit emphatically.
