【期刊论文】Study on Temporal Equalizer for 8-element Adaptive Array Antennas

In high-speed multimedia mobile communications, when multi-path signal arrive at the antenna, different time delays must exist among different paths, which bring about Inter-Symbol Interference (ISI). Therefore, the technique called temporal equalizer for 8-element adaptive array antennas (AAA) is studied in this paper. This technique is realized through landscape orientation filter, whose weight vector is formed by RLS algorithm. AAA is only employed on base station, meanwhile, transmitting downlink signal with a simple way. Computer simulation runs in the environment with TDMA/TDD frame structure. The result shows that the BER value is improved and the performance is better than ever.

为获得更高的信息速率,提出空时分组码(STBC)与16-DAPSK技术相结合的方案。得到采用双发单收空时分组码情况下的16-DAPSK最优幅度分割因子,并基于该最优值得到Rayleigh和Rician衰落信道上的误码率特性曲线。仿真结果表明,将16-DAPSK与空时分组码结合在一起可以获得很高的编码增益。

建立了一种空时信号传输模型,分析对比了递归最小二乘(RLS)和最小均方误差(LMS)两种算法后,提出了一种基于RLS算法,由智能天线和时域均衡器组成的采用后馈滤波器的空时联合均衡器。仿真结果表明,在多径衰落信道下该方法能有效改善系统抗干扰能力,算法简单且易于实现。

Spatial-temporal channel simulator is necessary for proper designing, analyzing and implementing multi-antenna system. A new geometrical based spatial-temporal channel simulator is proposed, which assumes double bounce scattering components are dominant multipaths received by base station and mobile as well as single bounce scattering components. Considering that scatterers from different distances to mobile influent signal propagation dissimilarly, two different scatterers distribution densities within the coverage area are put into application. Comparition of an example of urban channel simulation with measurement results shows that the simulator is capable to characterize most of properties of urban channel. The simulator can also be configured to meet the different requirement of angle spread and delay spread for estimating the robust of multi-antenna system。
